The new season of Dance Moms follows Abby as she rebuilds her dance company while battling the after-effects of cancer that has left her confined to a wheelchair. Abby is ready to get back to her life and do what she loves most…teaching students to dance! With the goal of putting her life, health and dance studio back together, Abby returns to where it all began - the Abby Lee Dance Company in Pittsburgh.

i agree! i'm not normally for body shaming but Abby is an absolute wretch of a human being who deserves it. She constantly body shamed/made fun of the girls' appearances, and what she did to Paige in this clip is borderline assault. She deserved Kelly's insult, if not worse

I know this is a super old comment but I had to respond. When she and Christy go on and on like that, I don't get offended because I'm an old fat chick. I just think it's really wrong that a grown up would sit there and scream that to another grown woman in front of children. It just looks like the mean girls club to me and has always rubbed me the wrong way. I mean would it be acceptable for one of their daughters to say that to a classmate when she was angry? Considering how she ended up years later and who she was a fan/cult follower of (who also has become popular/president by being an obnoxious bully) it kind of makes sense.

Yes, I agree. Kelly was always so great at standing up for her kids too. But sometimes she would just get so upset with Abby over it that she’d forget to not let the kids witness it unfortunately. But Abby was just notorious for bringing out the worst in others and making all these tempers flare throughout the studio.

Dunno, it sounded like Abby was yelling at Kelly and her criticism of her choreography, than at Paige here, to me at least. Like that last part where she yelled “How dare you,” doing it in front of the child was certainly wrong, but I kinda understand where she’s coming from. She seemed pretty even headed when she addressed Paige though, and spoke to her in even tones. That’s just what it sounded like to me, I could be wrong..
