Hi Apron, I tried this cheese bread last night using the mixed dough fermented in refrigerator over night , actually is about 24 hours, the bread is very fluffy and soft. I used mozzarella cheese instead of cheddar cheese, the top also showed nice color. Till now , I have tried Windsor Bread, Purple Yam B read, Cream Cheese Bread and Cheese Bread, they all fluffy and tasty . Thank you for your recipes and videos, I will try Cheese Tuna Buns tonight.
Tried this today and it turned out great! I added only 1 tbsp of sugar and sprinkled the bread sticks with pepper and some chopped onions(and a little of salt also) before baking. It was very delicious. Thanks for the amaizing recipe.

@@jenvienabusvie1987 I used normal (Amul brand) cheese which we get in India. I observed that the cheese gets hard and slightly burned. I put cheese on half the bread sticks. The cheese doesn't add to the flavor.

Made this, replace caster sugar with brown sugar. Recipes from Apron always my favourite.
