С недавних пор я увлеклась выпечкой именно хлеба. Не обычного, магазинного, а другого, по интересным рецептам. Из перепробованных мною рецептов(штук 8 точно) этот лучший! Конечно, эту выпечку трудно назвать хлебом. Это мягкое, невесомое, ароматное облако. Увлекаюсь выпечкой. Этот рецепт на сегодня самый любимый. Спасибо автору. It is easy to determine if the dough is ready to be processed. When the dough doesn't stick to the bowl then it is ready. The heavier a yeast dough is the longer it takes

Thank you, thank you, I did it step by step and it was perfect, I just had to put a little more flour on it because it was sooo sticky (maybe because I used all-purpose flour because it didn't have bread flour) but it was just as tasty.

How much time do you need to knead the dough? mine are around 16-20 min with standing mixer speed 3-4 but still stick to the hand, is that normal?

You dont need a mixer, just two working hands ;). Its just more work doing it by hand.
you can use a wisk or hand mixer instead.
