      Relaxing to the point of total boredom, I know how to unwrap butter or grease a dish. The reipe is fine but the video needs severe cropping, far too long.

    非常簡單易做的麵包食譜,這是我做麵包以來,最最鬆軟好吃的版本,不需湯種,沒有特別食材,第一步我在麵包機完成,整型後感覺40分鐘發酵時間不夠,又加15分鐘(一般我都放在烤箱內用到60分鐘),溫度低了點---每個烤箱不同,這個得自行斟酌,天啊!第二天早上起來吃依然鬆軟,太感謝您了,親們,走過路過,千萬別錯過這個食譜👍👍👍

    С недавних пор я увлеклась выпечкой именно хлеба. Не обычного, магазинного, а другого, по интересным рецептам. Из перепробованных мною рецептов(штук 8 точно) этот лучший! Конечно, эту выпечку трудно назвать хлебом. Это мягкое, невесомое, ароматное облако. Увлекаюсь выпечкой. Этот рецепт на сегодня самый любимый. Спасибо автору. Может,вы и не прочитаете этот комментарий, все-равно спасибо!

      How much time do you need to knead the dough? mine are around 16-20 min with standing mixer speed 3-4 but still stick to the hand, is that normal?

    ٣٣٠ غ من الطحين الأبيض
    ٣٠ غ من السكر
    ملعقة صغيرة ملح
    ١٠ غ من الحليب الجاف
    ٢٠٠ ملل من الحليب السائل
    ٢ صفار بيض
    ملعقة اكل من خميرة الخبز
    ٢٥ غ من الزبدة بدرجة حرارة المطبخ
    يطهى على درجة حرارة ١٧٠ درجة لمدة ١٥ إلى ١٧ دقيقة.

    It would be very helpful if you can mention the length of time it's in the mixer and again when you add the butter. I had to scroll down to older comments to find out. Many thanks

      It is easy to determine if the dough is ready to be processed. When the dough doesn't stick to the bowl then it is ready. The heavier a yeast dough is the longer it takes

      @@vanessamariano5310 Em pães se usa fermento específico para pães e roscas. Pode ser tanto o instantâneo quanto o biológico. Pelo que entendi se usou um sachê de 10g.

      You dont need a mixer, just two working hands ;). Its just more work doing it by hand.

    打面团的过程中加了黄油,最后烤的时候没有加糖粉,加了芝士粉,很成功!我是烘培新手,这是我第一次跟着视频做能够做成功的,其他视频的都不成功,只有这个成功了,家里人都说好吃😋

    Thank you, thank you, I did it step by step and it was perfect, I just had to put a little more flour on it because it was sooo sticky (maybe because I used all-purpose flour because it didn't have bread flour) but it was just as tasty.

      Hi, yes can omit the milk powder and can substitute the bread flour with whole wheat flour but need to add more milk about 10-20ml
