即溶酵母 instant yeast 4g / 1tsp
鮮奶油 whipping cream 30ml
全蛋 whole egg 1(55g+- per egg)
高筋面粉 bread flour 280g / 2cup
细砂糖 caster sugar 30g / 1/8cup
鹽 salt 5g / 1tsp
奶粉 powdered milk 9g / 1Tbsp
無鹽奶油 unsalted butter 25g / 2Tbsp
軟化奶油 Softened butter
肉桂粉 cinnamon powder 1/2tsp
细砂糖 caster sugar 2tsp
长模 Pan size 20cm x 8cm x 10cm
摄氏180 / 华氏356 烘烤 25-30分钟
Bake at 180°C / 356°F for 25-30 minutes

Hi, I've just made it earlier today. This recipe is awesome and the bread turned out perfect & soft 🥰. Just need to add a little more sugar to make it sweet. Thanks for sharing the recipe and tutorial.
I was so nervous making this as mine didn't rise as much as yours in the video. But I worried for nothing. It rose in the pan great and had great texture and was light and fluffy and a lovely chew to it. Cooked it in a silicone pan. Should of taken it out at 20 min but left it to 25 and it was a tiny bit browner than perfection. So lesson learned.
Tips:
1.Take off 10 min cooking time if using silicone pan
2. Beat dough for 10-15 min in the mixer
3. Use room temp milk with the yeast
4. You don't need to oil/butter or flour the pan. Just leave it bare.
My 1st time baking. The result not bad. Since that time i almost tried all your amazing recipe. Thanks Apron. You made me in love with baking. Please makes upcoming new recipe .

I tried this recipe and it turned out excellent.It was my very first time of baking bread and can't imagine it was so fluffy n soft.The best part is I baked on a pressure cooker by laying some salt n placing a trivet.I try most of your recipe's and they turn out good.

I just made this but I used glass loaf pan so I less the baking timing to 20 ‘mins. It is fluffy and delicious. My husband loves it too. Thank you 😊

@@helenchang6465 Yes, but it takes much longer than what's suggested in the video. For instance, I usually wait for 2-3 hours instead of one hour during the first proofing.

I baked it today. Due to our shelter in place, I used condensed milk in place of whipping cream. Still taste good. Thank you for your recipe

I just tried this - it tastes so good! Thank you apron .. but- mine generated a lot of smoke in the oven (I think the butter seeped to the bottom of the oven) - and I had to shorten the cooking time to 20 minutes only as it browned quite quickly (maybe I’ll reduce the oven temperature next time)

Hi, i tried your recipe. But after 15 mins knead the dough by handmixture Bosch, the dough became softer but still much sticky. Then i tried more 5 mín, the dough seem melting. I had to stop and kneaded by hand more 10 mins and added more flour. The dough still sticky.
Hi, each of the flour to absorb water are different, can try to adjust the liquid, climate and temperature are also factors

Just tried, the 1st proofing takes about 1hr 40mins, and the dough feels dry. So I added tiny bits of butter as I shape it. Turns out very fragrant, soft and nice. Thanks!!
