Bus Build Ep 39 - Composting Toilet Parts Unboxing

I finally managed to find time to make a video unboxing the composing toilet parts we bought. They took a while to get. We bought them out of Germany through a company in England. Sources say they are the best.
It's a quick video showing the unboxing but no build. That will come soon but not soon enough.

Why wouldn't you use kitty litter for the solids? It's cheap and scent friendly

Kitty litter won't compost well if at all. Don't even get me started on the newer clumping litters! We want to make sure that it will compost really well so that when we dispose of it, it's at least helping the environment out in some way.

We use kitty litter when we are just out in the camperette but the bus needs something a little more eco friendly and indoor toilet friendly.
