- When Johnny Depp and Amber Heard were still married, they went to a therapist to try to save their relationship. Now, that therapist is testifying in court that the marriage between the two actors was “toxic.” The testimony came during Depp’s multimillion dollar defamation trial against his ex-wife. Also taking the stand was Heard’s former assistant, whom she fired. Fans and supporters of both Depp and Heard have packed the courtroom in Fairfax County, Virginia.
I honestly can’t believe Amber still has fans after all she’s done. What is wrong with them??

She was talking about old men playing guitars. Amber wanted an older man, what did she expect. I kind of had the same reaction as Johnny did. I also can feel for him. I had a mom who was always starting fights with my dad. When I was a kid my mom got mad at my dad. She took me and my sister down the road to my grandmother's house. She went into the back bedroom and beat herself with a brush. Then she called the cops and said my dad hit her. When we got to the police station I was hunger. I asked for some candy from the the vending machine. She then says "Your daddy is getting arrested and you want candy"? She was a very toxic mom. I haven't spoken to her in over 10 years.

The most shocking thing about this case is it is taking up valuable court time. if ever there was a case to be settled by Judge Judy - or any other TV courtroom show - this is is the one. P.S. Should a therapist be divulging intensely private information given in confidence blab about it on TV? Spoiler alert: NEVER. Therapist can legally be subpoenaed to court. If it involves a legal case regarding mental health or their area of expertise. This case as a marrage conselor and psychologist... which is why she was in court rather than amber heard personal therapist she see separately.

That's an understatement, but Depp didn't contribute to that. He just happened to get with the worst type of individual imaginable.
My mother was a victim of DV and I was a victim of child abuse. Eventually I got therapy and it's all good now. And in lieu of my childhood trauma I worked for over 15 years in mental health, substance abuse/addiction and domestic violence for the government. So, from my personal and professional opinion, I can 100% say Amber is the abuser here and Johnny is the victim.

That just goes to show you therapy is not confidential.
It is to an extent. If a subpoena is issued, you have to comply. Usually a lot of the paperwork will be blacked out and only relevant information will be handed over in the paperwork. Relevant to the case. The therapist would only answer questions that directly relate to this case. If she didn't, she would be in contempt.

Hell, I found a dead girl with my friends in 2007..? We just got out of school- early after testing.
