I do a very similar build but I have the Bright Tangerine cheese plate to get 2 points of contact to the rails

Awesome rig! Were you able to monitor the (roughly) 9:16 image? Also did you have to change any settings in the Komodo to enable vert shooting?

Nice rig. How did you prevent the SDI relocator cable head from turning when you screw it in? Mine always twists when I turn the screw.

Nope. KX only takes micro v mounts. So you’ll have to get a v mount expansion plate for the KX. Wooden camera and Mutiny make some.

Haha yeah actually. I tried talking the client into shooting normal because it’s 6k footage, we can just scale it in post. But they really wanted all the resolution they could get knowing that they were strictly using this content for vertical social ads.
