    Great review, one of the best I've seen so far. Your high level of playing validates your opinion much better than other more flashy, better produced RUclipsrs.
    On the muted feel, the answer to this problem is the Auxetic 1.0 model from 2022. From what I've heard, the new Auxetic doesn't work the same magic on the Extremes as well as other lines. But the 2022 Tour version is a super underrated racket.
    On the lack of forgiveness when it comes to defensive shots or slices, my take is the Extreme needs fast swings to make it work as it's so head light. So if you're on the defensive, you'll need to be precise and catch it on the sweetspot to get the weight on the ball, and so you need to be able to swing fast on those running forehands. Same goes for slices, adding a small weight will help the swingweight to feel slightly less unstable but you will still keep the swing speed of the racket. Swing hard and down on those slices. All in all, the Extreme Tour/Pro works for a certain type of player and you may need to adjust your swing style slightly to make it work. Those that do will find the racket to be an amazing one. It's almost like a modern Prestige that it has all the control and feel from those old school rackets, while allowing for fast swings and spin the modern game needs. Definitely not for beginners who haven't got their technique down pat to adjust accordingly!

    I like this racquet a lot, and I think the biggest improvement from the Aux 1.0 is that it is more stable in stock form, largely to having a slightly higher swing weight. What did you think about it w/r to serve and volley game? I'm thinking it's one of the better racquets I've used in that regard.

      Yes, I think it's good for serve and volley but I did struggle a bit with the stability. My transition volley had to be perfect otherwise, I would pop the ball up

      @@opencourt808 Do you know the swingweight of your demo? Mine was 325g strung, much higher than the mid 310s of the outgoing model, and I definitely felt the improvement in stability. Going back and forth between this, the Pure Strike, Blade 98 16x19, and the Boom MP (I know, that one's an outlier)

    How would your compare this to the Boom Pro? I have an Eastern Forehand and a OHBH.

      @opencourt808  Месяц назад

      If you consistently hit toward the upper portion of the sweet spot, I think the boom pro is better for OHBH. The long mains of the extreme allows backhands hit in the center or lower sweet spot to have more power but if you don't need that punch, I think the boom is more suited to OHBH

    Hi if you had to choose between Head Speed Pro and Extreme Pro for a tournament match. Which one would you choose?

      I use a speed pro, I'd probably recommend the extreme lol. For the average player, like myself, spin and consistency wins matches(may swap to EP)

    hello, thank you for the videos! how do you compare the extreme pro and the boom pro 2024? thank you

      They are very different IMO. The Extreme Pro is more for spin and I feel more connected on my backhands and serves. The Boom Pro is a good all around racket but I feel more comfortable at net because of the massive sweet spot.
