Charlie Scene I can name about 10 bands where a lot of their songs sound similar. One example being, Maroon 5. That doesn't take away from the lyrics and the quality of the song.

I just came from a youtube video "why nickelback is the most hated band" or why everyone hates nickelback or so. It all started with a ridiculous joke that was repeated all over and over again on a TV show until that joke stayed with the people. People now don't even know why they hate them in the first place

Plot Twist: The evil coffee maker was actually him from the future who came back to make sure he tried hard enough and didn't lose the girl this time. After he makes her the latte, he doesn't ask for her number and expects her to return to the store but he never sees her again. 6 years later, Bud meets a man with an experimental time machine and decides to go back to that moment.
He has all new moves, he knew exactly where to go, when they'd be hiring, and what to do to draw the crowd away from him and create the environment of rivalry that made him able to focus exclusively on her, do his best, and have a way to actually be with her by no longer needing to work there. For years he told himself if he only had the motivation to try harder, he might have saved the day and ended up with the girl.
His goal wasn't to be with the girl, only to create the illusion that he did to make his younger self realize how much he needed her. To do that and make sure they had a way out was his goal. He knew himself, and he knew what was needed to make that happen even if it meant his younger self had to compete to achieve this.
This is why he actually seems pleased and merely pays attention to his younger self driving off with her with his bike. He celebrates with the attention of the crowd, because his attempt was a success and the future was fixed.
His younger self wonders who that man really was, and then checks the storage compartment on the bike to discover a note to himself with what really happened. The note ends saying that if he was reading it then it was a success, and to be at that coffee shop 6 years later to meet and thank the guy who gave him the time machine and tell him that it worked. 6 years later, Bud and his girl are the owners for that coffee shop and don't have to worry about their presence because they are already there. When the man sits down, he is brought a free latte by the girl, who says her husband Bud will be out shortly to talk with him...
(She leaves a menu that the man looks at, which shows a flipbook of all the signature drinks for latte designs that the Bud from the future did here that the married Bud now knows how to do)
This could have been a mini-series by Nickelback called Bud's Coffee if they had played their coffee cards right. Who knows, maybe still? Maybe I'll write a story for you Chad lol...

one of the best bands in the world. one of the best songs in the world. they won't admit it because they know nickelbacks are more talented than they are. big things are not easily accepted.
I love a lot of the music Nickelback makes. It's got good rhythm, beat, it's catchy and has a bit of "edge" to it - love their music! This one in particular is great and so is the one Chad Kroeger made with Avril Lavigne "Let Me Go". The first time I ever heard of Nickelback was when I was in Italy and I head the song "Photograph" being played while driving in my car. I thought that was a great piece of music. The feelings he portrayed in "Photograph" is exactly how I too felt about my past. That song was spot on and terrific! Nickelback is a great group. I like how most of their music is catchy, has a good beat but has a slight "edgy" quality to it that touches into rock without getting too heavy.
There is some music I come across and I feel like "Yeah, that's not bad" or if someone tells you to listen to something you feel you're "trying" to like it, it's neither good or bad. With this song - and with a lot of songs by Nickelback - I don't have to "try" to like it. I fuckin' love this song to the depths of my Being! This song by Nickelback makes every cell in my body vibrate with joy - I don't have to pretend. It has a real good feel factor, great rhythm and it's edgy.

This is one of my favorite Nickelback songs, it's what got me into the bad, 11-12 year old me up late one night and saw this playing on one of the music channels, the music video caught my attention and especially the song, I realized how good it is, it got me into Nickelback, and I'm 22 now and they've been a huge part of my youth

This song reminds me of my ex, the harder I try to leave her behind, and get over her, the more I love and want her back. I fell into a deep depression when she left, and Im just barely climbing out of that hole, I lost my job, and got kicked out of my place... but now that I've realized that I have to be the best man I can be to get her back, Im chasing my dreams of becoming a rapper/producer, while moving out to Wyoming for the summer to be a boat captain on the Colorado River to get back on my feet. I cant put into words how much that girl means to me, and if I have to work until the day i die to get her back I absolutely will, without hesitation or fail. Again, thanks everyone for the kind words, It hasnt been too long since I posted that comment and Im already doing much better for myself, I got an associates degree through an accelerated program, and now Im working a job that I absolutely love. I don't do fan thing but I could say I am very close to being one with Nickelback. They remind me of my younger days in which I fell in love with their music upon listening to " If Everyone Cared" and "Photograph".
This is a a video people don't forget especially men. It's extremely clever and the DP and art department did a great job. Love the song. Two thumbs up to the crew!
