those sattelite dishes at the top of the penguin dungeon (like at 8:56), as well as some others that come with fu, teleport you to a unique location. no combat or anything, just assorted loot like food, clothes, weapons and augments. also an anvil to upgrade your stuff with essence.
Then you must know some good mods for multiplayer right? Me and a friend want to play but the game doesn't really has much to offer on its own. So I want to get some mods but I don't know any also never played modded before

Funfact: u CAN save the gun by usin Teledisk Thrower. place the gun to open the gate, set disk on opposite & warp back as u take the gun again. Hurry up, Disks have Timeline
When it comes to getting those lil artifacts you get from those FU/Map missions, you can put them under a microscope and get some research out of it and something called “Protheon”. Protheon acts like a currency in some form which for every ten Protheon you have: it will increase your “over the time” research gain by +1, maximum being 100 Protheon > +10 research gain. That’s just one of some ways of gaining Protheon and spewing facts on why putting artifacts under a microscope is a good idea. There’s some microscopes that can be used at the left side of the science outpost.
Very nice! A few pointers: The Solus Katana has a few upgraded variants that are quite nifty and powerful. If you take it to the upgrade station you can gradually take it through its stages (also turn it into an actual katana, a weapon class Frackin Universe introduced). Secondly: The way you speak is a bit monotone. While not terrible, if you were to speak a little more upbeat you could probably attract more viewers in the long run. I still like the video

Very interesting, hope you continue this playthrough! Just wondering though, I got some performance issues going deeper into the industrialization part of this mod, so can you share your pc specs so I can compare?
Sometimes my game stutters, and I get fps drops in some areas with tons of npcs. Unfortunately the game is very poorly optimized. I have a Ryzen 7 5800x and an RTX 3070. The game works best with high single core performance cpus so intel would likely stutter less
That cowboy bounty mission is actually wild for getting Pixels. Just flip the two levers on either side of the big stone chamber at the bottom, then above the room on the right will be a room full of diamond rocks that you can destroy for like 20+ diamonds and then place them in a refiner for 600 each iirc(selling them to vendors only bets you 1/8 of projected profits)
The grand arena is tier 5, but even with veritas cannon (tier 6) - there are too many mobs? I will try to pass it with Essentus katana (made by upgrade from solus katana? wich made from Asra Noxs Solus sword) (just craft it, it's OP)
The novakid do not emit light however theydo seem to emit light its only light thats very small and cant really do much But tenebrae do naturally glow in the dark and so do veluuish well the veluuish dont glow in the dark but they do have nightvision only affected by their race
Would like to see 300 days. Maybe I would like to include a live commentary of yours playing the game (and your brother if he wants to) to make the video interesting if you like to. I also like to see you build your permanent base on a higher tier planent to store the equipments (and maybe build a colony deeds to make a town or a city if you like to or set a trophy room if you able to get some throughout the exploration) Anyways, great video! (though I've been playing vanilla a lot, might get into modded gameplay if I have some time to spare)
Modded is definitely worth it if you’ve beaten vanilla before, but frackin universe can be a bit complex at first, so maybe ease your way into it if you ever get time
I would say it is. Your mobility early in Starbound is close to mobility late game in Terraria. If you liked decorating, exploring and building pre hard mode and wanted that part to never end, I'd recommend the game. If you just want a boss rush, feel like you're always improving and a more balanced game, I wouldn't recommend it. The game balance is all over, bosses rare and adapting is more of the vibe
Starforge, Maple32 and Arcana is a must have mods if you want more exploration space planet to cover up those Chucklefish's flaws.. although its a shame Tiy just abandoned this potential game, could be better if it were to get more free content update like Terraria. (I don't recommmend FU mod though)

Yeah a lot of that stuff I literally have zero clue what they’re about, people in the comments teach me new things every day lol
For example, you can make infinite amounts of certain materials since you can get infinite lava from the cores of planets (tungsten for example)

I would say it is. Your mobility early in Starbound is close to mobility late game in Terraria.
