Absolutely helpful lesson for health
*1. Eating fruits after meals is wrong. Fruits digest early and cooked food spoils.*
*2. Eat seasonal fruits locally and multicolored available.*
*3. Avoid or never drink fruit juice.*
*4. Storing fruits (Cut fruits changes acidic from alkaline)is a big mistake.*
*5. Never eat fruits after sunset.*
*6. Avoid fruits mixing with MILK especially citric fruits.*
Can we make smoothie and store it for few hours? I am taking smoothie of mix fruits every day within two hours as I don't have time to cut because of job.

Fruits are alkaline and after cutting became acidic slowly slowly. So please spare time for cutting fruits. Some fruits take no time for cutting such as banana, apple, pears, sapota, oranges etc.
