You literally pointed everything that I was feeling. The first game I played was the Miles Morales Spider-Man and then I upgraded for the additional $20 and yes the other Spider-Man felt very heavy and awkward but it is a great story and I'm loving the upgrade!

Spiderman PS4 was very boring. It has good suits and graphics but it feels like a spiderman 2 upgrade..nothing new to make the spiderman experience feel excellent except better graphics and a new spiderman suit. The combat is mediocre

The winter snow really made the experience for me in Miles Morales. I hope Spider-Man 2 has a lot of weather variation. It makes all the swinging and rooftop traversal so much fun and much more beautiful!

Yes the original has double the content. But Miles is better it feels more heavier ouch feel like they do damage he swings better more abilities the graphics are better
I played both games multiple times and I prefer the first one way more. Miles morales has smoother animations. Its clear that they've made the moves smoother. The swinging and the combat are smoother.. But I don't like how far away the camera is in miles morales swinging. It makes it a bit harder to connect to the swinging. That's why the first one's remaster on pc feels like a new game to me. You can even change the camera to be even closer. That it was on Ps4. Makes the swinging more realistic and immersive. Also, Miles morales is way shorter than the first and has way less contents like the side missions, everything. It's a much smaller game. I got tired of playing the game after 2 playthroughs. I'm in my 4th playthrough in the original and I'm sure I'll play it again

@@Literallyme1234 yeah Peter is taller but I don't think the lack of height of miles is the problem. Its the camera. Its farther in miles morales. I'm sure I'll like the pc version better than the console because it has the feature to change camera field of view. I can make it closer just like I did in the originals remaster

This game has aged like water until today very good and my favorite until today UwU 😌😁🥰👍
but it's a shame that some villains weren't used in the game and in the dlcs despite having a lot references/Easter eggs to them and they exist in this universe Where the Spiderman has faced them before such as:
the Enforcers,the Rose,Swarm,Tarantula,Chameleon and Big-Man/Crime Master Having connection with Crime and the mafia + Some that will definitely appear in the future for the first time as: Hobgoblin,Alistair Smythe,Jackal,Morbius and Wolf-Man
A curiosity: the Big Man/Crime Master was supposed to be in the game but was deleted because one of the Enemy/Criminal bandits npcs files has a look/designer ready but It was not used and included in the final version or in the dlcs
Just search and you can find it and I think that he and also some of these others villains from the Mafia and the Criminal world were not used/placed in the game or in the dlcs because perhaps they had too many characters and villains for one game and it would overload and be full of villains for just one game and all the villains would be used and wasted in just one game and it would get boring and the franchise would die Very fast and forever..
It's really a shame and a pain in the heart who knows maybe in the future they will be placed and used in the future But it would be amazing if they had been included in the dlcs as villains in side missions helping Hammerhead there could have been several ways to place them in the story and having connection with the Kingpin,Hammerhead and the Mister Negative But unfortunately it didn't happen... I hope these villains appear in future games 🤔🥺🤧 🙏 like and Bye!

When I play normal game and fun, gamplay I choose miles morales.
Miles has a lot of quality improvements including crime fighting, enemy bases but the story is nah. Too short to bond with the new characters. The Tinkerer comes in and the next mission we know her identity.
Also the big sacrifice・・・ it was all her fault, so I didn't feel anything.

It's really close for me. I'd never played either, bought the Miles Morales Ultimate Edition and played Remastered first. Just completed Morales.
I enjoyed the side missions, collectible missions and stuff a lot LOT more in Morales. The stories were both good and fairlyyyy equal, for me, I just wish Morales had more classic Spider-Man villains (or maybe it does? I never read any Morales comics). I love the venom powers, web-swinging tricks, learning little tidbits about Puerto Rican culture, I love Morales' sweet and endearing personality. He's a wholesome kid.
Overall, I think Miles Morales is the better game. The things that might, ever so slightly, hold me back are the length of the game being shorter than the first (plus no DLCs! - yet, anyway) although it's not er... *too* short, it's a different Spider-Man to the one I grew up with, and I had glitches 2 or 3 times where I had to go back to the last checkpoint - very annoying.
I think I meant Puerto Rican language rather than culture. I kept stopping to Google words like mijo and stuff because I was curious 🙂
