Miles is younger so his moves and styling are so energetic and he does too much but that’s typical for a teen. Peter is more relaxed and has a og approach to it. He styles here and there but overall he tries to conserve as much energy and get as much out of each swing as he can

I played MM right after beating Marvel Spider-Man. At first I was very upset as I'd become menacing with the combos in the original. Once I realized I need to understand MM is a NEW spiderman and doesn't hit as hard, I began having much more fun with his chained abilities and modifications. I must say, I'm truly impressed with what Insomniac games has done. Making something so rich in history feel new and suspenseful, we're gifted with this trilogy!

Miles Morales is definitely more vibrant in terms of graphics (not too sure of the bird on tho), they even have details (for example- the breathing sound when miles wall runs on a building). But in terms of overall storyline and the gameplay 2018 Spider-man takes the W, Also take into consideration that they also had the spider-verse movie to have a good reference of miles, i am pretty sure most of his swinging tricks are from the movie but i maybe wrong.
spider-man remastered just seems so much more alive. There's actual contrast between each color, the night looks vibrant, unlike the washed out night that miles morales has.

@@samdedmon8674 haha I also have a ps5 bro and i'm telling you now the reflections are significantly better than the first game. go into settings and turn on ray tracing settings and play on a 4k hdr tv and you'll see. there's frost obviously but you can definitely see reflections if you have the right mode on. it doesn't snow all the time in the game so no it's not all the same color lol. again...change the weather and daytime in the settings.

Ngl i just replayed Spiderman remastered for PS5. Thought it looked good with the RT performance but as SOON as i switched to miles morales i was speechless. Visually its stunning I couldn't stop taking screenshots (even on a 1080p monitor) i cant imagine how the second installment will look if they did that difference in 2 years
Coming from miles morales as my first Spider-Man coming to the 2022 remaster, i have to say i like almost everything about the original Spider-Man better. It’s less cheesy, characters look better and have more realistic facial features, New York feels so much more real and alive, and it’s just a more full game with way more content. The 2022 remaster looks amazing well worth the $20

Spiderman 2 PS5 needs to surpass these games in terms of graphics and match/let alone exceed Miles Morales in terms of gameplay and needs to match let alone exceed Spiderman Re-masted in terms of story and content. If it does, Spiderman 2 PS5 will be a masterpiece.

I literally beat miles morales 2 days ago. It's a very short game I beat in about 9 hours. I just started spiderman remastered and honestly it looks way better. the graphics look better. It's more vibrant, colorful, and the UI and hud looks cooler too. I was blown away by remastered than Miles Morales way more.

One thing about the tricks I know is that it was one of the last things insomniac worked on before the games released so they definitely had more time to work on it with Miles, I’m sure in the sequel he’ll have a more variety of tricks
miles takes the cake on animations and the sort of newbie hero feeling, but in my opinion remastered has great vibrant colors and graphics. also the story line is almost 2x more in depth than miles.

I just loved that story much better, the other Spider-Man game had a great story but it’s the usual villains story there. That Miles Morales story was so personal for him and it really makes you feel 100% invested into it. Like I said I have no hate towards the other Spider-Man game ‘cause I absolutely love that one too. Miles Morales just felt so relatable.

The conflict between Miles and Phin was just absolutely ridiculous to me in my opinion - completely forced for the sake of progressing the plot . The 2018 Spiderman game to me had a way more compelling story, Peter, and Ock had motivations that made perfect sense resulting in impossible moral choices to be made creating a super emotional climax. I only prefer the Miles game over the original entirely because the swinging, graphics and city are better in that game.

Peter is better physically in terms of game play and more versatile due to his gadgets and suit powers witch make up for him not having venom like morales he can jump higher defeat his enemies more easily even with out gadgets just pure physical strength alone also if you notice in in spider man ps4/ps5 spider man can go to level 50 while miles cap is at 30 I love how insomiac put so much detail in difference between characters.
the only reason i like miles more is cuz of his web swinging and combat. in sm2018 swinging felt super slow n most areas, and then so fast the physics stopped existing n others, while with miles everything he does flows almost perfectly into his next movements. (especially when u start trying to do tricks and stuff cuz i swear they could only think of a front flip and a backflip for peter, but decided to hit up a gymnast for miles.) miles' animations r much looser than peters because he is new to the scene, but sometimes it feels like peter is TOO stiff to me, when the whole spiderman shtick is that he leaps and flips around while doing pretty much everything. the best part of sm2018 combat to me was the suit powers and all the different gadgets peter could shoot from his wrist, but after playing miles morales and using that venom jump (especially while web swinging) i was sold lol

i recently bought both from the holiday deals, and they both seem pretty cookie cutter, although spider-man remastered seems to be abit more appealing and cleaner almost with a movie filter where as miles morales seems to be saturated in color and kinda washed out, but im on pc too and have not played either of them on playstation, but all in all they look great respectively.

Miles Morales on PS5 looks slightly better than Spider-Man remastered and plays slightly better. Just isn’t as long. But I like short sweet to the point stories. Both games are 8/10

Things like textures and colors are definitely better in Spider-Man: Remastered but apart from that Miles Morales clears it in almost every area. Not by a lot but by a definitive enough margin.

In Miles Morales the tricks are better integrated with the swings and that's about it. I enjoyed Remastered more (story and everything).

I feel like Peter used to swing like Miles in his early stages as Spider man considering how young he was when he got bitten and obviously how awesome it was to have superpowers
i recently bought both from the holiday deals, and they both seem pretty cookie cutter, although spider-man remastered seems to be abit more appealing and cleaner almost with a movie filter where as miles morales seems to be saturated in color and kinda washed out, but im on pc too and have not played either of them on playstation, but all in all they look great respectively.
Really? I think the remastered is over saturated and has effy lighting. I find myself web slinging through sunny areas, but my spiderman red suit is so dark. Miles morales imo fixes all of this. I’m on PS5
well that's an unpopular opinion. literally miles is a different artstyle it's not washed out...play on a hdr 4k tv on ps5 and you'll see.

Miles Morales on PS5 looks slightly better than Spider-Man remastered and plays slightly better. Just isn’t as long. But I like short sweet to the point stories. Both games are 8/10

in miles I missed more gadgets... there are very few compared to 2018
To be fair I think the idea there is that there a fewer gadgets because Miles has his venom and invisibility powers.
@@medafan53 yes, but gadgets are much better, especially for stealth mode, miles just have more combos
venom honestly is better than gadgets. there's got to be a setback otherwise it would be too easy
