You have no idea how much relief and peace you have given me just now! I just had my son and I’m 9 weeks post partum. I suspect that I have cystocele and rectocele and I have been so upset and suffering in silence. I have an appt with a pelvic floor specialist soon and I’m working on pelvic floor strengthening. I cannot thank you enough for posting this!!

My pelvic floor physio said all I need to do is to rest more and my body will heal itself, is this normal, I'm 2 months pp, I don't see how resting will improve my pelvic floor function.. since I started doing less my symptoms worsened. It's the one of the two in my city and switching is complicated so I wonder if it's worth to try the other one..

Thankyou for your video, I have just joined the dots that I have a prolapse. I have been crying for the last couple of hours.
I gave birth vaginally to my 3rd baby last Tuesday at age 32 and after experiencing a heavy feeling, weakness, constipation, leaking when coughing or sneezing, pain unrinating and lower back pain my gp didn't even look down there, instead giving me antibiotics for a suspected bladder infection.
Anyway I will be finding a new gp and a pelvic floor physiotherapist after this information thankyou

      Can you provide updates

@@nadran9771 yes! I'm now 3.5 months postpartum and after 1 pelvic floor physiotherapist session and some simple exercises I implemented at home as well as conscious movement and lifting as well as nightly warm herbal sits baths for 7 days (in rose hips, raspberry leaves and rosemary and sending intentional love and healing to my uterus and vulva), I am pleased to say I feel I'm almost back to normal. I've been intimate with my husband and it wasn't painful at all and it's very very rare that I feel the discomfort or pain that I had in the first few weeks postpartum.
Sending you love, healing and hope ❤️

Did you do kegels too? I go to a physiotherapist. I am 70 now and have gotten a prolapse slowly it came over menopause. I am assuming from lack of estrogen with the vaginal atrophy. I don’t have any urine problems. It’s a stage 2 but my life has come to a stop. I hate the feeling of it . That slowly dropping feeling if I walk from car to a store.. I hope it doesn’t get worse I had a terrible attitude at times and really no one to talk too. So I went to a physiotherapist at least she understands but she only in her 30’s. But she had one too. I wish there were groups to talk with others that have this problem
