Never had a car that sounded this good once I put the downpipe on it will definitely be a game changer.. once that’s done.. Mhd stage 2 + with hpfp.. cant wait for what’s to come definitely recommend any b58 in todays market. 240 340 440 ect..

man i love all these vids! hope you never get rid of the 340! 😎 i wish there was any sakhir orange/ ur color here, but in Norway there is only 5 registrated F31 340i rwd, a few F30's but i want the space hehe, and they are 3 black 1 white and one melbourne red metallic.. so i am going to go look at the red one as that color did look good, compared to boring black/white, so my options aint that good, but it has only 2 owners so thats one thing🥳 can always repaint or use wrap, so if im getting that one in 2 weeks ish, i really wanna order the titanium exhaust from Valvemaster, it looks dope and sounds pretty deep.
I plan on keeping it around for a while since it’s only had one owner previously. Cant go wrong with Melbourne red but a wrap would also be dope. Best of luck man!!

2014 IS350 Fsport owner here - 340i should be a great and fast daily with mods especially when prices come down. I was planning to keep my Lexus a while longer until next year anyway so with your prediction the timing can’t be more perfect
The IS350 is a nice car, but the 340i is definitely a more fun performance car IMO. I think that’ll be a nice upgrade and change of pace. Best of luck with the timing 🙏🏼

I bought my 2017 340i alpine white January 7 2021 best decision I’ve made I paid 37500 out the door it had 21000 miles currently at 30000 and I’ve been super happy with it modding is super easy and definitely recommend it just bought an air lift kit and can’t wait to go to bootmod3 stage 2.
not sure if your still active found a 2017 for a fair deal for around 88k miles will i be able to roll into mods after i service what needs to be replaced water pump valve cover gasket vanos etc or would i have to rebuild the entire engine before pushing any mods or should be good to just forge it once it blows

Yes the B58 is a great engine and the F30 components are fairly reliable. It doesn’t matter the vehicle, any vehicle with 100k plus miles.. the components deteriorate over time. These are man made machines and the components do no last forever. Take care of it and it will take care of you

I’m looking at two 2017 340i. One it’s white has 47k miles and it’s going for $36k has all the features you can find in a fully loaded 3 series M Sport package with M performance exhaust also has m3 brake kit front and rear in blue from the factory. And the other one it’s blue has 53k miles going for $32k M Sport package without M performance exhaust tho. What you think? Help me decide!! Good deal or not?
The deals are okay bc I paid around same price for 13k mile certified pre owned, however mine was not fully loaded. I think it would come down to whichever color you think you’d enjoy more. I had an Estoril blue 328i and loved that color. M performance exhaust would be nice but you can always do a dual resonator delete or muffler delete for the low to open up the sound. Also depends on the condition of each vehicle and how they were maintained, if they were tuned, etc. Test drive each then think about it and make your decision if possible

I test drove both of the cars I came to find out the Estoril blue one actually has 59k miles almost 60k idk if I want something with that many miles bc I’m planning on keeping it for longer but I’m pretty sure I can work a deal with them and get it for at least $29k or $30. Overall I like the color it’s unique but the Alpine white has literally every features I’d want but I just don’t wanna pay $36k for a 47k miles 340i in today’s market and regret it later when the market goes down but I do want a 340i lol

Yeah 60k miles isn’t anything too crazy for a B58 but around 100k miles is the design life for a lot of components if they haven’t been replaced. That is a newer and pretty low mileage car. If you want something that new and low mileage and it’s almost fully loaded I say go for it. Only thing is you’re almost in M4 territory. But with an M car the maintenance and everything is a lot more $$. Definitely look at other options and if it still stands out and you plan to keep the car for a while I say test drive it at least. Shop around for interest rates to get the lowest possible and make sure your monthly payment isn’t too crazy

Now I’m here thinking about buying it and I can’t find anything in the area with M package and low miles coupe. I got to compare it with a 16 m4 they had on the lot for about 46k with 50k miles, I honestly might end up with the 440i since it’s newer and has very low miles I’m so nervous but yet so excited! Now I have to either choose between a credit union or carmax financing. Do you know anything or anyone who had a bad experience at carmax? I also checked local bmw dealerships and had nothing for me :/ closes one was about 300 miles away from me and that’s way to far :(
