    Great video... But in minimum dv voltage where did u get 100k from?
    I have 24v 5a smps... With tl431 & only 2 resiator which is 30k & 3k.... Can you give me a calculation to which should i change?

    My circuit never shown 5.1k coupling to the v/r and it was only 1.7k so which value most suitable ?

      Please identify R1 and R2 , 1.7k may be one of them.

    in 12v 30amp, I changed the resistance from 2.2k to 2 k ... and capacitor to 25 v 3000uf, and i got voltage of 15 volt max...
    but capacitor blows in 10 minutes .....
    can i use 50v capacitor ?
    I want approx 15 v output !

      Yes, but capacitance should high value, please calculate the values of register of your smps first, if the voltage divider ic is TL431 then watch the video carefully to replace the Voltage divider resistance

    I have a 24v16amp 400 watt supply can I make it do 3-51v if so what would I have to change? the pot to ?k and output caps to 65v maybe

    24v 10amp smps power supply ki out put 19.5 to 29.9 volt . Kya ushe 5v to 29.9 bna skte hai ? Kaise ?

      You can use 1. buck-boost converter 2 or by changing the feedback circuit . You can find it near TL431

      Yes, you can modify output voltage by changing feedback circuit, maximum feedback circuit consists TL431

      Yes, with decreasing volt amp will decrease automatically

      The power is given by the transformer and the power transistors. The modification in this video is to vary the voltage only. The formulas are as follows:
      Power(Watts)= Voltage(Volts)*Current(Ampers)
      Votage(Volts)= Current(Ampers)*Resistance(Ohms)
      You can find the current by yourself substituting the power of your SMPS and the voltage you will use.

    Merci pour la vidéo .I have an LRS-350-24. how can I modify it. Currently with the potentiometer it varies from 19.5 volts DC to 24 volts DC. I would like to be able to vary from 5 volts DC to 24 DC.

      5 to 24 volt not possible by changing the resistor on voltage divider part, this may damage your smps, please use any buck converter

    Great video, I subscribed to your channel, I've been trying to modify my SMPS 12V 20a, but below 9V it's disarming, and if I climb it above 20V it also gets disarming, can you fix this? I changed the resistor and the potential, error continues...

    Hello Sir. Nice video. I did the same as you showed : incresed the pot from 1k to 10k and the fixed resistor from 1.5k to 500 ohm but i only reach 21v. Any idea why ? Thanks.

      R 1 and R2 value change the voltage so properly calculate the value of R1 and R2 for required voltage.

      V(out)= 2.5×(1+R¹/R²)
      2.5 reference voltage for TL431
      Now please calculate R1 and R2
      I don't know your circuit, otherwise I will try

      If TL494 is an adjustable zener, then the formula will be same but reference voltage may be change, please check the datasheet for details. I have no idea.

    my power supply is disarming and arming below 9v. R1 = 2k and R2 = 10k. Potentiometer 1k. I put in R1 a resistor of 1k and potentiometer of 100k. the source is arming and disarming below 9v. can you help me ?

    where was the 5.1K resistor (R2). It never showed up in your circuit. There were 22K , 1K and 2K. No identification as to which ones were which resistors.

    Thanks for the video. I bought the cheapest one from Amazon and it supports to 36v-40v. Could I change its components with reliable ones? And could I modify its exit voltage pot with good one and add a voltmeter/ amp meter?
