Why the wizard doesn't let you use a shape column to specify the shape (position type)

i am getting error "your organization's data contains 9 entries that are not in the organization . do you want to include them in your drawing?"

I have specified column Master_Shape
with value (5 or 2) but nothing happen during import. Simply ignored

I have a question regarding about the excel file.....when I upload my excel file into visio...the visio warns me that my excel file have duplicates of data...which some of my department have vacancies in their position...and the visio just delete the duplicates without my permission....so when the org chart has been form, some vacant positions have already been deleted, how do I solve this ?...Thank You for your time and consideration...Hope to hear from you soon.

Try giving the vacancies different names i.e. Open1, Open2....
