    Thanks, 6 weeks post op knee replacement from partial to full knee. At 68 it is tough. I am trying to implement some of these stretches and strengthening exercises daily. I just want to be able to walk with no cane, go shopping and bowl.

    hi doc, how long these phases exercises should be done ?, is it a month per phase ?

      Haris Kusuma Adi i am doing everyday, since most these exercises are weight free or light weight and many of them aiming to activate the muscle and increase the knee bend flexibility, should not having too much impact
