Hi, thank you 🙏🏼 Yes, you can use a stand mixer on low with the dough hook attachment. But don’t over-mix, only knead the dough until it’s combined and smooth.
I have tried so many different methods of roti … but your looks by far the best looking 💗💗… I noticed you did not add oil or margarine to the flour as I would normally. I will try your method thank you so much 💗💗💗
