Tried a recipe from a professional chef, tried yours, you win BY FAR! They are amazing. I was at first surprised that there was no salt in them, but you don't need it, they were perfect with the chicken curry we made. They were flaky and soft, perfect! The method is very well explained, especially the rolling part (cone, tucking etc..) and the clapping. I used the container version to clap. We are making the recipe again tomorrow with jerk chicken... thank you so much!

This was great to watch. It's informative, easy to understand and well demonstrated. I truly appreciate an excellent tutorial and you did that, sis!
I've been using your recipe for some time now and it's so easy and much quicker than the traditional recipe I used. I'm no longer reluctant to make it for my family. If you didn't see me make it, you'd think I bought it from a roti shop. Perfect every time. Thank you so much from Trinidad.😘
I did this yesterday (without the yeast) and it was the first time I got so close to making the perfect roti. It was the first time I managed to get the layers inside the roti!! Thanks.

This recipe is so spot on! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. First time I tried it I made a few mistakes but the second batch was perfection. One question: what is the best way to store Roti? Freeze it? In foil? Air tight bag? Thanks again!

I'm my own cook but you can never stop learning some I love so much said to me you can never stop learning NEW WAYS....the video was very nice.
Roti looks lovely, I put a cloth under the board, to stop it from moving 🤗🇬🇾👏
Great tip, thank you.
MetemgeeBlog that rubbery drawer liner works great for making stuff not move, cutting boards, glass cookware and all kinds of plates and bowls. 😀
Put a damp cloth under the board to keep it stable.
YOOOOOOO where has this recipe been all my life!!!! Can’t find good roti in Tampa without paying like mad. I got it now! Thanks Sis
Thanks for sharing! Your explanation is very clear and re-assuring for a beginner roti maker like me :) I'm pressured to make a mean one, having friends from India, Malaysia and Singapore where roti is widely consumed. I will reveal my knowledge (and skill) when I have mastered your technique! ha ha ;) Cheers! :)
Awesome! Can't wait to hear how it goes!
