I'm a 16 year old guy and I will surely get weird looks if I tell someone I enjoyed this entire playlist. Even though there's many poetic Urdu words I can't understand, I have my translator open for them. I love these songs that much. Idk why my generation continues to idolise people who sing about drugs, women and alcohol and promote degeneratism when there's such beautiful and meaningful songs being released. *We really must start appreciating such original and compelling music.*
There's also poetic Hindi, Sanskrit, Punjabi, and Awadhi words in here. Not just Urdu.

Amit Trivedi is a great example of how contemporary music directors can do magic like legends of the 40s, 50s,60s , but perhaps they need the appropriate platforms and public acceptance to demonstrate their true potential. Amit Trivedi and Sony Music deserve praise for supporting authentic music.

But do not worry, there are folks like us who get and appreciate great thinks, making sure they stay alive. This is an immortal masterpiece, no matter what someone will be listening to it after 100 years. But crap songs they only stay for 5-10 years
Usually i'm too lazy to comment my feedback....but i love reading the genuine appreciations for good content....i think last time i would have written any comment for some good song then it would be for lootera, kedarnath and few others like barfi, highway etc. I felt there must be something common as it reminded me of those movies...and then i realized it's the magician + musician Amit Trivedi and Amitabh Bhattacharya.... Being a Pakistani, I really missed listening to the Original music of Bollywood which was produced in the era of Mukesh, Udit, Sonu Nigam, etc. However, listening to these gems in this era which is ruined by the likes of Kakkars and Badshah is a truly nostalgic experience. Glad to see that aesa kaam abhi bhi ho skta hai. Makes one's eyes fill with tears. HUGE SHOUTOUT TO THE ENTIRE TEAM FOR MAKING THIS HAPPEN

'Qala' and 'Sukoon' are rare masterpiece underrated albums in this generation
The whole album is amazing, it's like human expression in its purest form. It's hard to pick a single song as my favourite. But, if I have to it will be Rubaaiyaan. Especially the second stanza is written, composed and sung perfectly.
For me "Phero na najaria" is as special as "Chupke chupke raat din' or "Chitti na koi sandesh"
