I love this small aspect that Babil's character close his eyes as if to absorb the music when Tripti's character starts singing. He seems to be just as enchanted with her voice and his eyes jolts open when she is in interrupted from singing midway.

I felt Jagan was always empathetic to Qala and her struggles.... He was the only one who tried to protect her.... the scene in snow... to befriend her...where he asked her if they could riyaz together... It was Jagan and his words "Kabhi apne liye gaake dekha hai" to Qala that help her... It was absolutely Urmila's fault whatever happens to both Qala and Jagan...

Just hard to get this song out of my head tonight! One of the most soulful Bollywood song I ever heard in years and the cherries on the cake are the lyrics, "Bikhadne ka mujhko shauq hai bada" and the breathtaking cinematography which beautifully captures the wistful nightscape of the old Calcutta.
