This is without a doubt the best album of the year! It's such a beautiful feeling to listen to fresh songs with meaningful lyrics. And when you have Arijit, Atif, Mohit, Javed, Shreya, Sunidhi all in the same album, you already know it's gonna be nothing short of EPIC. This deserves more recognition than all those remakes we're getting. If we don't appreciate good music, I fear we're gonna stop getting it. It is after so long that we're getting such a soul-stirring album! I wish all the best to the whole team, and I hope this movie gets the love it deserves by the audiences

Kashmiris mostly are shown in negative way but this movie did not show any thing wrong about Kashmir or Kashmiris but a simple love story of a Kashmiri boy with a Kashmiri girl in a normal but beautiful way. Love this movie and its songs.

Such a shame this album is not even known..... the album is a pure gem, so rare in today's highly synthesized unorigonal Bollywood music scene.... frankly the movie wasn't that bad either, definitely not as bad as some blockbusters n not deserving of the numbers it got....i hope the album at least gets its due in time
Each and every song of this movie is great, especially the lyrics matches the circumstances and the timing of the songs doesn't feel forced. Loved the movie. After a long, after watching a lot of Hollywood movies (cos my faith from Bollywood is lost) came back to watch Laila Majnu and Imtiaz and Sajid Ali doesn't disappoint me. These movies are meant for audiences like us, who just don't watch movies for entertainment purpose, but to feel emotionally. These actors should get more chance, in the age of nepotism and big producers launching star kids. Bollywood should make more movies that fills heart and not pocket.

All songs are precious Gems in this album...but the Kohinoor Diamond is Hafiz Hafiz!! Over the course of almost 43 minutes, I've managed to feel a rollercoaster of emotions. Last time an album hit me like this, Rockstar had released. My heart aches and yet somehow it's brimming with so much love. Two years, and still magical. ♥️

Very experimental songs. People who are more into classical music, slow music will love this album. Unfortunately, such people aren't many. I personally think the songs are quite melodious and it's a treat to hear the musical instruments with such clarity. After a long time, we are getting such an album which is very different from today's commercial songs.

It has been only a week and I have already watched it three times. Don’t know why it didn’t perform well in box office, but for me it is one of the best movie. Every time I watch it I cry at the two same scene, one is when Qais meets laila after 4 years of seperation and the another one is towards its ending. And I just keep smiling at the beginning when Qais start chasing laila.
Saw the movie last night. UNBELIEVABLE performances by the leading couple. WHY aren't real talent given as much as recognition as fake wanna-bes?? This world is so messed up... Sigh.
One of the best films of 2018. Even though both Tripti and Avinash proved their mettle, they still have to prove themselves with each movie compared to the STAR kids. At least they should get some recognition. The music album is so different and refreshing. But, sadly no one gave it's due.
Slowly this album is becoming one of my most favourite albums of all time. Each song has a unique style. Above all Hafiz hafiz is the center of attraction. It's a masterpiece.

While watching movie, I had thought that the actors playing role of Qais and Laila (Avinash and Tripti) are actually Kashmiri but later I found that they are not. They beautifully performed their roles like they actually are Kashmir. It never felt like the lead role players are not Kashmiri.

One of the best albums in recent times . A gift to music lovers . Deserves more views. But then , we know that the majority have no flair such music (being judgemental 😛). ... please release this movie on paid platforms - Amazon prime /Netflix . It didn't deserve to be kicked out of theatres this early. Mainly a marketing / promotion failure ..Avinash comes off a star material (and hope he makes it big and doesn't get sidelined by bollywood dumbos ). The whole team deserves a stellar career . Ekta, this is your redemption for spoiling Indian TV ?🤓
It has been only a week and I have already watched it three times. Don’t know why it didn’t perform well in box office, but for me it is one of the best movie. Every time I watch it I cry at the two same scene, one is when Qais meets laila after 4 years of seperation and the another one is towards its ending. And I just keep smiling at the beginning when Qais start chasing laila.
Can so relate. Same. The crying parts.

One of the best films of 2018. Even though both Tripti and Avinash proved their mettle, they still have to prove themselves with each movie compared to the STAR kids. At least they should get some recognition.

While watching movie, I had thought that the actors playing role of Qais and Laila (Avinash and Tripti) are actually Kashmiri but later I found that they are not. They beautifully performed their roles like they actually are Kashmir. It never felt like the lead role players are not Kashmiri.
Absolutely amazing moovie, and like Tamasha, it will need some people to grow up to understand the depth of this movie. Beautiful acting, songs and story. Thank you for making such a treasure
