They really are amazing. Love the innovation behind the daisy chaining. I also love the QL fans tho, hate all the cables but the lighting control is on another level. Hoping lian li improves the lighting control in L Connect to allow for more effects. Like changing individual leds etc. Would be the icing on the cake for sure 😅

Thank you 🙏 I feel you. Corsair has really nice fans with tons and tons of customizability. That’s the area I feel lian li lacks a bit, software. But I’m hoping they’re working on perfecting it. I’d love to see per led customization from them.

Lian Li inf feature same cable I use only one cable for 3 fans. I declutter by 2 big wire on the old I don’t like the usb 9pin prefer the 4 pin but really clean up my space. Inf have white blade I don’t like the new grey blade each their own. Inf connector is small then the AL version so they not that bulky.
I believe that is incorrect. One cable = 4 fans
Can anyone tell me wat he did to hide the aio tubes? Looks so clean.

Are you able to plug the strimmer cables into the same controller box for the fans or does the fans need 1 controller box and strimmers a controller box?
These fans have been my dream fans since day 1, but no way I'll be able to afford them, specially with my case being a 9 fan case. They look Amazing though.
I feel you on that. I did once buy fans I wanted on Amazon using affirm 😅 Financing fans was kinda dumb but I got the fans I wanted and paid them off slowly. That’s a secret I haven’t shared till now 😂
@@BuildsWithV that's how I buy my computer parts since I don't live close to a micro center just a bestbuy which they really don't have anything in stock and sometimes I do 4 payments in 6 weeks like zip from newegg.
@@briangrant9942 it’s nice for those moments when you want an upgrade super bad but just can’t seem to find the cash for it. Back when I bought my case I did that on Amazon. Paid it off a few weeks later with 0% interest.

Well i got a lian li pc case. love it, plenty of room to install what ever you want. the o11 XL is what i got. BUT i cant find a gpu riser that fits my case that is pci 4.0. I want to get a 7900xtx and i wanted to make sure it can fit. so now i guess i have to buy a different case because i cant get a vertical gpu mount that fits. so now im staying away from lian li. I did really like my case. but lian li does not make accessories available. if one of your fans dies in 6 months time they prob quit making it.
The Phanteks 4.0 riser works fine with it. That’s the one I prefer

Does the Lian Li infinity fans feature these upgrades?
For the most part, yes. They only thing is they still have the bulky connector but I haven’t found that to be too much of an issue because they centered it and they allow the cover to come off if needed. I haven’t checked the infinity fans cfm or static pressure but I’m sure they somewhat compare.
What is the top rgb strimmer cable (top left hand corner ) ? just wondering as I’ve ordered an o11 dynamic evo and these fans and will probably order extensions soon .
That’s a custom one I made myself using a Strimer cable that I split open
should I buy one of the three packs with the controller, and order three of the single packs since there's already a controller?
Yeah, that would be cheaper than two 3-packs and you can use the extra cables in the 3 pack to connect them to the controller.
would you recommend the sl120 v2 or the sl120 infinity?
I personally am not a huge fan of the infinity fans side lighting but I do prefer the fan blades being lit up. In terms of performance they are both very good and close. Up to your personal aesthetic preference.
Any experience with AL120s? I'm torn between the AL120 and the SL120 V2. I like the AL's backside more but also like the SL's minimalistic design more compared to the AL's RGB everywhere method.
They’re both going to perform similar. The sl120 vs has slightly better performance I believe but I do like the light up fan blades on the AL

If the fins were also RGB, I'd actually consider upgrading from my Arctic P12s to these. Something for Lian Li to improve upon for v3. I have Be Quiet ProBase 500 DX, and honestly, fans with RGB fins look truly amazing behind the front RGB strip Be Quiet installed in the case.
Something the Arctics don't have, is side RGBs, so fans on the top and rear don't look so nice, but alas, can't have it all apparently. If Lian Li make the fins RGB, maybe we actually can.

How do you control the ram rgb? You can't do it with the L connect software from Lian Li right?
No unfortunately you can’t. I use open rgb but before that I used my motherboard software

@@oggfish you can use it but I just use it for my ram. Gives me better control specifically for my brand of ram. Some ram works better with my motherboard software
im curious where are your aio tubes? i dont see any radiator or tubes
Radiator for a behind the side fans, tubes are down low and hidden behind the gpu and next to the ram.

Can I use a pressure fan as an exaust ?
You can use these fans as intake or exhaust. My top fans and rear fan is exhaust

For something that's supposed to be white...why are they grey in the vid?
They just look gray on video. They are different tone of white than the v1 which is odd. Didn’t notice till after recording. The 011d evo is more like the v1 color.
