This Month on the Ranch: January 2024

Enjoy a serene look at what life is like for the residents of the Arctic Reptile Ranch, located in the Sonoran desert near Phoenix, Arizona | Despite traditionally being one of the coldest months of the year, January sees a wide variety of birds visiting the Ranch including the Northern Cardinal, Anna’s hummingbird as well as Costa’s hummingbird. There are even a few days where I came out to frozen water bowls yet as soon as the sun begins to warm the ground the reptile inhabitants of the Ranch are ready to get moving.
