Yeah, those were some Great ol' Fellers. I've been a fan of Jerry Clower since the late 80's and I still play him on my A.I. device about every other night for bedtime.

Justin Wilson is another great storyteller. Very interesting man, chef, storyteller, writer of cookbooks and a career public employee; quite a man.

I remember listening to his tapes with dad and grandpa riding in tractors and combines growing up. Grandpa passed away a few years ago and every time I hear Jerry Clowers voice it takes me back. You don't have to be filthy mouthed to be funny. This man was a class act.

Jerry Clower, one of the all time great comedians. Growing up in the country I could relate to his stories on a personal level. I passed through northern Mississippi many times on my way to Ft. Smith and wanted to stop by and have a glass of tea with him but regretfully never did. Sure miss him and may he forever rest in the hands of his savior.

What a great entertainer! I got to see him in person many years ago. This story was on his third album, Clower Power. It was called Marcel Wins a Bet. It's one of the few original albums available on CD.
