- Here I'm comparing the HyperX Quadcast S and the Endgame Gear XSTRM microphones. These are two fantastic microphones for a number of reasons. They both have great sound, for example, as well as awesome RGB lighting, included shock mounts and pop filters and much more besides.

Endgame Gear XSTRM USB mic
Sure, this mic has RGB but it also has a lot of other cool features including AI noise cancellation to block out noise and prevent you picking up things you don't want to. Which is really neat.
Features of the Endgame Gear XSTRM USB mic include:
24-bit and 192kHz sampling rate
Touch-sensitive Mute Button
Built in shock mount system
Detachable pop filter
Gold-plated Capsule 20 mm Microphone capsule with cardioid pattern.
Detachable USB-C cable
integrated LED indicator for volume levels
12 different lighting profiles with 10 different colours and a cycling mode
Highlights of this microphone for me:
Superb sound capture quality
Interesting AI noise cancellation
Good looking style and excellent features
Lowlights:
Mic monitoring with AI noise cancellation turned on results in echo.

This series of mic videos came at a really good time as I was shopping for a new one. I have the original Quadcast and I used on the standard desk stand, but I wanted to improve my set up so I got a Blue Compass boom arm. However, now that I have the mic closer to my face I found the red light to be very distracting, so I'd been looking for alternatives. I nearly pulled the trigger on the Endgame Gear mic after seeing the unboxing video, but by chance I saw that the HP store on eBay was selling the Quadcast S for £85, so I got one. I'm very happy. Thanks PP.
Thanks Wetw0rk. It's nice to know when people are finding it useful :)
Nice video very informative. I’m after a microphone for my PS5 live streaming. Which microphone would work better with PS5?
and for ur pc noise
if u already have a AIO Water Cooling or a custom water cooling than u should get Thermal roller blind from amazon for ur windows
in germany we are getting temps in the sun up to 50 degree and 45-46 in the shadow and my gaming room is on sun side from morning until late afternoon and i never get over 28 degree in the room thx to the blinds
Can you tell me what keyboard you have??
The Quadcast with nivida broadcast AI is 🔥
Elaborate please
I decided to try out the quadcast s and it kept my pc from going into sleep mode when plugged in. That was a deal breaker, others seem to have the same issue as well. Firmware update didn't fix it too, Hyperx seems to not have an answer, shame.
That's too bad... Thankfully for me I always have my PC on and I don't even shut down my monitors most of the time.
Fixed it now
the Endgame does look a bit nicer. only the front of it tho. the sides/back look meh kuz it's triangular
nice
Very interesting video
Glad you think so! Appreciate you watching. Hope you enjoyed enough to sub.
Of course i did i love these types of videos

Gotta say, the Endgame Gear would look sick with a white setup. Thanks for the Vid
That's for watching
I have a white setup I was thinking the same thing but the AI thing bothers me lol
@@Santana030 how its bothering you?
@@TheProvokedPrawn Hey, Have you tried the endgame mic on consoles by any chance? I’m highly considering the endgame due how many fans and background noise there is in my room. Also thanks for your Astro A30 review, just got mine after watching your review and others, love these headphones! Cheers!
@@BigSidDefcon5 afraid not. I don't have a console to test with.
I am making RUclips videos. Please tell me you prefer the Endgame or the Quadcast? Thank you very much for your videos 🙏
