when polite/rude behaviors are opposite (like eating all or leaving a bit) it just goes to show you can't use logic to deduce what should be polite since everything can have their own reasoning behind it...much like words on the internet 😕
You don't have Etiquette chopsticks?😅There are two sets of chopsticks for Chinese food, one is to take food from the table, and the other is to eat it in your own bowl! There is also the etiquette of sharing meals, which is common in state banquets.😊
for a large round table if the host should be the lazy susan spinner then he has to monitor which guests are low on food, and specifically which and then know which foods the guest does or doesn't like. this would seem to take up all his eating time and also might require knowledge of which dish the guest wishes since it's probably rude for a guest to snag food while the susan is still in motion...but that might be the only way to get what one wants unless they interrupt and stop it while the host is moving it which also seems rude..
