Ian Alan nothing fair about that. I don't remember the year but I remember one pit vs cle game where Harrison hit head to head with Colt McCoy and Muhammad Masaquoi. Both got concussions. Watching the replays shows him clearly leading with his helmet. Nothing hard nosed about that, only carelessness and disrespect. And that's just one game. Harrison was dirty.
Keep in mind that leading with ones head was not always illegal. I get your point though. The hits (even the ones that are questionable such as the video above) are not my main issue with Burflict. Twisting someone's ankle on the bottom of a pile to intentionally try and hurt them is more my issue with the guy. He does crap like that, intentionally steps on ankles, arms, hands. It's not just the Steelers. He seems like a truly bad person with ill intent. The hard nose football? I have no issue with that.
Yep, saw on a sports show how the Steelers "won" though there was an "illegal" block downfield on our last touchdown by AB, but no body no foul on this play? Karma......
Vontaze gets away with this crap because the only way to get back at him is in his wallet, but opposing players don't get the opportunity to enforce their actions on him.
Vontaze knocked AB out... then JuJu knocked Vontaze out and stood over his body... what the ... did JuJu think was going to happen? You just incentivized a guy to target your team more.
I’ve never seen so many people hate a guy for delivering a handful of cheap shots and calling for a permanent ban. Yet none of you seem to have problems with players playing the game who commit real life crimes such as sexual assault, murder, etc. how about mike Vick killing animals? Then Juju said no you
Oh the irony no sir mr Burfict you're next
see i never listen ro the sruoid media bates hit him harder why isnt anyone talking about him
last year he did something similar to Antonio Brown in the playoffs and got fined and ejected. I think he just needs to have to sit this season out or have his contract be affected. He plays hard but man has he gotten dirty these past couple of years.
Ok you had me on my dates. I was a year off, however they were in the playoffs 2016 and he did get ejected. I know it's hard for your pea sized brain to comprehend that kind of information, so I will let that sink in for awhile.
This wasn’t even THE hit. This was just a hit. This wasn’t the hit that went viral. This was click bait.
when does he say you're next? Fake headline!
Again, i know you Steelers fans aren't calling Burfict dirty. Y'all had a QB known as Rapistberger, wrecked Carson Palmer and decleated a Bengals player and broke his jaw. Y'all might want sit this one out
Shut up bro burfict was a dirty player.
How does he still have a job in this league?
Where was this outrage while Shazier was constantly hitting people with the crown of his helmet ?.............eventually severely injuring himself.
Where was this outrage when James Harrison was concussing players with his trademark helmet to helmet hits ?
Where was this outrage when Antonio Brown stomped the Browns punter in the face ?
Steelers/fans can give it out but they cant take it.
John Shaft it’s called not giving people concussions

Steelers/fans whining bout cheap shots is comically hypocritical.
John Shaft ab was hurdling. The punter should’ve moved. Problem solved
Old School Player!
Burfict knocked his own teamate
The Steelers have played dirty for years and no one said a thing. In fact, people praised them for being tough. Now their players get banged up and the other team is made out to be monsters. I'm not saying Burfict isn't dirty, because he is, I'm just stating the irony.
To be fair there is a big difference between being tough, hard nosed, and intimidating vs attempting to seriously hurt someone.
Ian Alan Leading with your head was illegal when Harrison was doing it lol I agree though, it's not just the Steelers.
Yep, saw on a sports show how the Steelers "won" though there was an "illegal" block downfield on our last touchdown by AB, but no body no foul on this play? Karma......
Lol at that hit. He should go back and watch how to really hit someone like when juju laid that guy out last year...geez what's his name again? Lolol
Vontaze gets away with this crap because the only way to get back at him is in his wallet, but opposing players don't get the opportunity to enforce their actions on him.
Matthews "roughing the passer" on Cousins but this didn't warrant a penalty
Huh?
Burfict hits his own teammate lmao
Oh I’m sorry. Did my arm hurt you more than my teammates actual helmet hitting your helmet?
uht uht they wild
Not surprised...but He's a helluva player but he needs to grow up!
Vontaze knocked AB out... then JuJu knocked Vontaze out and stood over his body... what the ... did JuJu think was going to happen? You just incentivized a guy to target your team more.
I don’t think he wants juju that man really bout that action lmao
Geez. So 55 hit him twice like that in one game?!? First in the 3rd with his shoulder then that big one in the 4th. Sheesh.
The big one was years prior to this.
I’ve never seen so many people hate a guy for delivering a handful of cheap shots and calling for a permanent ban. Yet none of you seem to have problems with players playing the game who commit real life crimes such as sexual assault, murder, etc. how about mike Vick killing animals? He was allowed back into the league and a number of teams had no problem taking him in, including the Steelers. Steelers fans your players do the same shit all the time so please just don’t. I’m not a bengals fan btw
Someone needs to make a montage of the amount of big hits ab has taken in his career. Guarantee there’d be plenty of videos. It’s why the dude is so fucked now.
Burfict think he’s a heavy hitter but he’s just plain dirty
He even injured his own player also.
Who won the game?
Lol who do think bengals suck ass
Bengals are just mad they’ve lost 7 in a row against us , kinda like they’re playoffs history lmao 😂
I'd have deep mental problems if I had to spell my name to everybody from childhood on.
If you look at it he took out Antonio Brown and his teammate Bates. Uncalled for.
Who else loves watching the Steelers players get clobbered
Really???
Look where that got him
Bruh got no chill
