Came here after Antonio Brown leaving the game shirtless...went down this rabbit whole of finding out why AB has CTE. How is this guy still allowed on an NFL pitch after so many hits??? Every time, he goes straight for head. The NFL should protect players and ban this behaviour straight away. It's disgusting
Crazy part about all of it is that he's such a fucking idiot he doesn't realize that not only is he hurting himself financially, but he's obliterated his "legacy", and destroyed his own physical and mental health along the way.

Damn right, straight away.
The hit on Jack Doyle ended Burfict’s career. He never played another game and no NFL team wants him.
@@D2RCR finally blackballed out of the NFL
He’s an absolutely despicable human being... I think the ankle ones on Cam Newton and Greg Olsen are the worst, and most telling, of the bunch. The plays are already over, everyone is on the ground, and you see him just lying there on the ground, deliberately cranking on their ankles. When you’re purposely trying to severely injure other players (including after plays are over), you shouldn’t ever be allowed to play again.
You'd be surprised how common that shit is
in the NHL, there's a specific rule called "deliberate intent to injure", calling for a game misconduct (that's an immediate ejection).....the league office then follows up with fines and/or suspensions.....NFL should do this

Him running of the field with the INT just for him to blow the game with that penalty is an all time iconic moment
Everybody--including the NFL--forgets Pitt's Joey Porter's blatant foul (illegally on the field, illegally interacting with opposing players) after the AB play. Burfict's hit only gave Pitt a 50+ FG attempt (not as common as today), it was Pacman Jones's reaction to Porter that got Jones flagged but not Porter. So in reality, the second flag should have been on Pitt pushing the FG attempt to over 60 yards.
And let's also not forget how Pitt was awarded a TD reception when the receiver didn't even have his hands on the ball (between his legs). Clearly not a catch. The NFL generously informed Cincy the next week that that catch was not a catch.
Lot's of iconic moments in that game. Refs screwed Cincy early and often. Even with Burfict's mistakes, Cincy had that game won but the refs wouldn't allow it.
