I've been trying to remove that bolt for over 20 minutes & still can't get it out cause I don't know if my 10mm is getting a grip on it or not

Can you show me the size of the clips and the 10 mm bolt? Driver side corner of my bumper is flapping around and I think it only needs some clips to stop the flapping around and maybe the 10 mm bolt. I bought some clips on amazon but they don’t seem to fit.
Check with you local auto parts store theycan match it up.
