I’ve recently bought one and DAB was terrible however I’ve changed the antenna for a telescopic 7 sectional antenna from eBay £3 and it works much better why it doesn’t come with that type of antenna in the first place!!!!!

Hi , Had mine from the day they came out works great get about 30 dab channel some day more , must work better in Hertfordshire .
Plus i have been working Bedfordshire as well since i've have the dad radio had no problems work for great .

I was so gutted, I wasn't expecting much but I was expecting it to work lol. I'm glad it works for you. I think once they sort out the antenna issue I will definitely buy it. Buy as I said it must be my area. Thansk for sharing that it does work in your area though. Hopefully this will help someone out

Like my dads bauker one that worked very similar to this signal was shite on dab even outside best idea for folk who want a radio thats waterproof hardy and dab is the jbl tuner xl got it for my dad full waterproof just over 100 quid built in usb c charging battery and about 2 days of battery life. Has a small arial on it but my dad has found it never struggles to get a signal anywhere he works including out in the stick in the middle of a house.

@@justharryjohnson7250 honestly best battery radio my dad has bought even better than the more expensive makita that cost more and dont even have a battery. The jbl will also run plugged in with its supplied usb c cable which is also helpful so its definitely worth going for the ariel is metal and not rubber like alot of them.

On paper it was brilliant for that. And In a different location it may have been really good.

Gutted, love my 18v set and have been praying for a eurbauer dab for years, and all I've seen is bad reviews about signal....
