Great set, bought and used both for a complete house makeover. Tackled everything thrown at them and battery lasted great between charges. They managed in their sleep: tiles, brick, plasterboard, floorboards, joists, and RSJ
I've just bought the all powertools set from erbauer from screwfix for £499.99 .. they are brilliant amazing for this price! They offer indeed a lot more than makita does! They are brushless too like this gentleman said! Amazing tools ! I'm a heavy duty handyman too! Absolutely 💯 recommend 👌
I got the full set plus ABIT more for less then 300 quid I bought all line 2nd hand. I got 3 drills, 2 impact drivers, multi tool, jigsaw, circular saw and sander and heater for a steal prices from eBay. Still building it up my collection trying to get an impact wrench to add to my collection but unfortunately they seem to be HARD to get 2nd hand no one sales then only new only. And also need to erbauer tool boxes to put them in.ey are great power tools alot of tradesmen use these now because of the 3 yr warranty comes with it.
Industrial spark 30+ years here. I have the full Erbauer cordless kit. Brilliant! And I give them a hard time. Don't be a Dewalt, Makita, Milwaukee fan boy and waste your money.
@@InfiniteTheMagicManI’ve done similar work to that with the erbauer kit. I feel the only reason they are kinda ignored is because of the price and people like to show off the more expensive tools. Depending on which tools there’s actually not much difference if any between erbauer and the more expensive ones.
Have nearly everything powertool wise in their range Grinder Circular saw Reciprocating saw Impacter and two drills Jig saw Multi tool All work fine Grinder is one of the best ones I’ve seen yet pile of power in it Great tools
I have this kit, so much power for general use. Batteries are interchangeable with the Evolution 18v stuff so for anyone is building a kit get the Evolution 18v circular saw 185mm multi material blade, track compatible and so far hasn’t bogged down. Great collaboration between Erbauer and Evolution
Brilliant, thanks for reviewing, they look really good. I have a 20 year old 18v Erbauer cordless combi drill which still works fine but only 2.6ah batteries, although overall construction quality is excellent.
I like others always used the big brands, and when the batteries packed in I gave the erbauer ext range ago about 2yrs ago. used on site getting dogs abuse and never gave any bother.
I love how you guys have so many different diverse brands and easy access to them unlike Amazon I could sell the word brands but not the batteries for most for the most part we're stuck the certain platforms I'm thankful for the ampshare Bosch has introduced gives me more options Bosch don't have it as long as it's part of their program another competitor from them has it more companies in the states need to do that seems only bosch and fein in the states
I recently bought this set and note that the impact driver doesn't drive continuously, it drives for approx 1 - 3 seconds (it varies) then stops.. and will drive again as a soon I press the trigger again.. and will again drive for a couple of seconds.. I assumed this was a feature to protect the motor being overloaded. Should it do this?
Now on offer at £159.99. Not for me as I already have lots of kit from another brand but perfect if you're starting out or your van's been broken into.
I have nearly all the erbauer stuff an i love them all... for the rip saw buy th thinest blade possible for her an it defo helps keep it competitive against bigger brands 18v range or else buy an evoulition 8ah battery (cos both use EXT battery £112/17 amazon)
I say anyone is entitled to their own opinions and own the tools they want or Budget will allow good stuff I live in the states it's always good for people to have options
Had all my tools nick a few year's ago. And hadn't got a lot of money around that time so had to do something to keep myself in work. So got a few bits of there tool range to keep me goin and by god am so glad i did.. have all there stuff now and have never looked back and use must of them every day and put them up to some hard work never a days trouble with any of them and i will stick with them from here on in.. you can stick your reds and yellows were the sun dont shine over priced and Over rated
The oem is skil america, who make: skil 20v, erbauer, evolution, amazon denali and theyre all cross compatible with each other. As for how long they will stay around, the last erbauer range sold at Screwfix made by positec worx stayed for about seven years from my memory. The warranty is trade rated and dealt with in-store at b&q/screwfix by them sending it off for repair (you can either have it sent back to store for you to pick up, or it be delivered to your home) or replacing it there and then in store under certain circumstances. Also spare parts are available by contacting the erbauer helpline if your out of warranty
I have the old erbauer drill and radio and radio is brilliant worx tool battery's and Wickes tool battery's fit The new erbauer batterys fit evaluation cordless tools

Show me it drilling a 200mm hole with a circular saw into wood and I'll switch from Hilti to it

@@will712 It's because their a diy brand and people stick to a line of tools with the same batteries
@@InfiniteTheMagicMan that’s the same for all brands.
If this man says they are worth the money that's good enough for me.
Have nearly everything powertool wise in their range
Grinder
Circular saw
Reciprocating saw
Impacter and two drills
Jig saw
Multi tool
All work fine
Grinder is one of the best ones I’ve seen yet pile of power in it
Great tools
Luck of the draw, like a lot of brands. Afetr two hours of light use, a bearing collapsed on my Erbauer jigsaw. That's put me off foe good.

Bought that kit and for the money it's awesome. My only gripe is the carry case, it's HUGE!
Use it for something else and store the drills and charger somewhere else
Screwfix & b&q sell excellent erbauer tool bags & tool boxes at reasonable prices as well 👍

I only buy Erbauer power tools nowadays because they're inexpensive, powerful and reliable.
Led flashing intermittently and impactor dies changed battery few times still happens on 2 different bodies
If Dean recommends these drills then they will be good.

For those in the US who have never heard of Erbauer, they're made by the same company who makes Worx and Rockwell brands.
Actually Erbauer brand has been bought by screwfix and they are manufacturing now! Check on Google

Dean I’d be really interested in a strip down off the tool, I’d there any truth that they have Bosch internals??

@@realtoolsrealreviews5173 Well said - Skil have their own range in Screwfix now too.
Interesting, we have Bauer and Hercules cordless tools in the USA
I hope Erbauer sends you a 12V impact driver and drill driver as your equipment for your power tool repair video.
That 12v kit got some power to be fair. I have this 18v set and the 12v set. Rarely pick up the 18v as the 12v does almost everything I ask of it.

I wonder who the OEM is for them? Only thing that would put me off them is how long are they gonna be around?

Are the batteries the same as Dewalt batteries?
No.
They are the same as Screwfix Titan, Skil and Evolution. Maybe even Amazon's own brand Denali.
