Since this is being pitched as an AirBNB, the seller should be wiling to share their AirBNB financial statements, to see what it actually has brought in. That's expected of any business.
I would not want to live next door to a B&B, having strangers all the time where I live full time ... no thank you. Maybe if all the B&B's were In the same grouping it would be different.
My son and I stayed in the this tiny home when we came to ITH in March, and it is really a lovely home. Well worth the price and in a beautiful community.
It is a lovely home at a price that is worth it, but it is hardly a beautiful community. Large areas of exposed concrete from its days as an industrial site, with no natural vegetation or trees. It has a barren look and feel to it. The obliviously dead palm trees are not only an eyesore, they pose a safety hazard. Randy arrogantly spent a million dollars on the palm trees that are not suitable for that climate zone.. Imagine what it could be like if he'd spent that money on removing the concrete slabs and restored the natural landscape, with native plantings. Oh well, that's what you get when a narcissistic salesman with no sense of design runs the show.
As the cost of living rises, lots of people probably have a lot less money to vacation with. My adult kids used to have nice family trips, but now they mostly stay home through the summer with their own kids.
@@Bess9779 Probably lots of things going on. It just could be the the supply of Tiny Home AirBNB's has expanded beyond the demand. I'm puzzled to think of this particular ITH community as a resort location. This is not some boutique of 6 tiny homes nestled in some exotic or touristy locale - this is close together row upon row of mostly residential ITH units.
@@Thomas63r2 - great place for those residents' visiting friends and family to stay, and for people considering going tiny to spend a few days trying it out.
Lots of stories in the news abut people getting out of the AirBNB business. Travelers are finding that they can do just as well at regular hotels and motels without all the inconveniences, extra fees, and hassles of AirBNBs.
Very nice tiny home with a tub/shower. You don't see that often in tiny homes. I like the craftsman style , it gives you more headroom in the loft. Thanks for the tour!
Great starter home for a small family! Or for a couple who both work from home (the kids loft could be an office). All appliances, furnishings, etc included and no key money❣️ What a deal!
Tub/shower, sink with vanity, toilet and combo washer/dryer hookups, with a full height closet right next to the bathroom. Could put upper and lower hanging rods in there and have 4 feet of hanging clothes space on the main floor.
@@goodenoughgirl8102 I think that you heard wrong about that, as they were mature, fully-grown trees that they planted. We'll see what next Spring brings, but I think that they're dead.
@@anonymous-ir3tf Yah. Not sure. They might need some faux things Bcuz it’s just not the right climate really. But a lot of other “tropical” looking things could still work I would think.
95k plus rent? If you are in the market for a used tiny home check out Facebook Marketplace. For some reason people think they can sell their homes for more because it is at ITH but I don't understand why.
Really nice. They were fine b4 but your videos have just got better and better❤
Thank you so much 😁
THESE PRICES ARE GETTI NG WAY OVERPRICED.....PRETTY THOU

Nice little home, but WAY too expensive.

I’m staying there next week to check out ITH! Lol. Crazy cool (Just stumbled across the vid lol).
Enjoy your stay.

@@jamesmorris8572 Randy said if those palm trees didnt survive the winter, he would replace with new ones.
@@Beachlove05 It's called throwing good money after bad. Of course he'll replace them. He's too stupid to do otherwise.
@@jamesmorris8572 that’s not very nice…
@@Beachlove05 But its the truth.
I could be wrong, but I thought that I had read about Tiny Home AirBNB's falling off in popularity. Wow, $380 per square foot! Best wishes.

$95 k???
Fully loaded, fully furnished, fully stocked, and all appliances included.
A truly beautiful home! A great layout! Thank you for showing it!😊

Beautiful house but for pet lovers it would be hard without stairs ❤
Cats would love it!
So sad that it couldn’t be used like Randy intended “affordable housing for everyone “.
Can the seller tell us how many nights a year that it's been rented since she's owned it?
Please reach out to the email in the video and she will provide.
@@rhinestonesandwrinkles Thank you.
All those dead palm trees!
The tour of the bathroom was a bit confusing. Can you clarify?

Really nice but who can afford 95 dollars today , one will have to pay the key money that they live out already.
There is no key money on this home.
It is beautiful 😍
Very nice tiny home 🏡❤😊
Can the dead palm trees be removed as part of the deal?
Only if you use your real name Mr. Anonymous.
@@rhinestonesandwrinkles I forgot to put "/S" after my comment.
I heard they were new “younglings” so maybe they’re not dead. Idk tho. Just what I heard. Lol.

$95,000 as listed in video
Much love ITH
Turn key biz....Great investment😂.
Maybe, maybe not. Depends on how many nights a year it's rented. Could just as easily be a long term money loser as a profit maker.
Unfortunately the kid's of today would likely have a video game rather than a book. Nice home!
I certainly don't blame the owner or builders, but tiny houses sure have increased so much in price since 2020. (As has everything!)
$95,000 is ridiculous overpriced!
The key money is included in the price. The house would be about 75K without it.
Great video.
Lots of people choose to visit/stay in tiny Airb&B's for the tiny experience leading up to their purchase.
🎉🎉🎉
Yes. Everyone who visits ITH wants to stay in an Airbnb for the tiny house experience.
