Oh I just love this one!!! I know I know, I say it for basically all of them 😂 This one is amazing and just perfect! Plus on the prairie! Much love and many blessings
Very nice tiny home and lot. Love the wraparound deck and sliding glass door. For those that don't like the patchwork look of the ESP panels, the stucco inside and out hides all the screws. Great affordable price for the home, especially considering everything that is included. And $200 a month lot rent helps the budget and is way velow what othet communities charge. I just watched a tiny home tour on another channel in acommunity in California, they are paying $1,000 a month lot rent and utilities aren't included! 😮
The deck & sliding door alone make this home "Special" ! Looks like a real home with the skirting done so nicely. And the colour! Just add some upper cabinets & a decorative balustrade to loft. You could add some shelves into the triangle or a mirror Truly 🖤 this one. Amanda, Ive been getting that brain fog too after CV. You look lovely today.
I haven’t seen you go inside yet you are just going around the back and I am in love with this little house mostly because I have a little dog who would love the back of that house to go potty , just open slider, and out to back fenced area 👍! It looks like a lovely large lot in my favoritecommunity. Cannot wait to see the inside! Thank you, Amanda’s friend!
I am definitely looking to investing in a tiny home. I don’t know where to start. I live here in Kentucky and we don’t have tiny homes here so I have spoke to a realtor really didn’t give me much information.
Wow! StucOFlex inside & out, a metal roof, big deck, a shed, big closet in the bathroom, combo W/D hookup, sleeping loft with a dormer & egress window, stairs, mini split, big windows in the living room - very nice! 😍
I do agree about Morristown being a beautiful place to live. Panther Creek Park. I could see it from my front porch. And now look at the West end. Then being 45 mins. From Gatlinburg. Awesome area there. I think there is like 5 lakes close by. Norris lake. Cherokee. Then there is the reservation. Wow guys.
@robynbarnett1793 WHAAAT? Was that supposed to ease our minds? $30,000 for initial lot fees?!!! That's absured!! I don't know which is worse! Ppl are truly cashing in on the tiny home movement.
Especially when you can buy a really nice double wide for that . Somebody on there own can build one in less than a year in the spare times for thousands less . I bet 30 grand would Be a push to build one on your own . I get there is over head costs but that is crazy !
10x20 with loft and sliding glass door is soooo cool. Personally, I don’t think I like the little villages, I would like one out on my own land, secluded.
Have a question for you and I'm not really sure where to direct it so I will put it here. I am in Oregon and I was wondering. Do you build for us folks that are out-of-state? Also, just wondering, I've been looking for the butcher block kitchen counter for the unit amazing, can't find it i my neck of the woods. If you wouldn't mind sharing your source or where I may look, I would really appreciate it, thanks. You guys do a great job!
@@chezmoi42 I don't think they want our kind (ESPs) in their communities now. Not allowed at new golf course community and Paducah is too far of a drive. They seem to only want to put Amish built homes on their properties. And when they do have a new development it's only for new homes. Not ones currently being built. My build is coming up and I have no chance. Guess it will have to sit in my yard till this winter when I can find an RV park willing to let me rent a spot.
@@lauriemcewen7156 Too bad you didn't get in on a lot when you ordered the house, but you know how they work. The golf course is out of the ordinary, they are surely being careful to make a community that will be acceptable to the local residents. You're lucky you have a yard to park it in, anyway. Good luck finding a spot. Just a thought: if you still have a home now, why not try to sell your upcoming build, then use the proceeds to get in on the next project they open?
@@chezmoi42 Great idea. This was gonna be our vacation spot until retirement. Then sell house and move there full time. Good idea tho cause we ordered a lot of amenities on it
@@lauriemcewen7156 What luck! You could either sell now and let the new owner take delivery, or bring it home and see if there's anything you'd add or subtract, then sell it from there, where people could visit it in person. I understand there is a TH group on FB for selling them.
This is my favorite style of all your tiny homes. I hope you can bring it back by the time I get my finances together and land. I would add a tiny wood fireplace to heat, cuz I live in WA. state. So cozy! I sure hope you can bring it back. So functional and so many windows, love it.
I like this one, but I kind of wish it had the double windows upstairs. The stucco looks good the tool chest. I don’t know what to do with that and the tiny fridge would have to go. Somebody would buy it.
I have wondered why no one has put a fold down table in that space where electric box is. When it’s not in use put a stool or chair there for additional seating
Love these videos, but I’m gonna get punished for saying this ….. Sweetie your a beautiful woman , please ditch those boots😊 Put on some cute summer sandals 🙏🏻❤️
The LouAnne is a better set up, don't understand why you don't make them more, bigger livingroom and kitchen and bathroom, with stairs leading to loft upstairs!!😊😊😊
This a good idea!!!! Wow!
YES 10x20 is the sweet spot. Definitely the idea size for a single person. This is my future ITH. Working towards this.
Sweet spots❤ sounds so dreamy
Just stayed @ Mary's AirBNB last week and we were impressed by this floorplan. This one also has slider, stucco and great porch!
Amazing! Wow!
You guys need to open the drapes and shades so we can see what it looks like
And are the windows open or is the air flow ( curtains blowing ) from the mini split ?
Slider's onto deck⁉️
EXCELLENT ‼️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Great home Great prices.Hello Randy& Amanda and ACE 🧸 of Knoxville Tennessee.

Love this. I would do a daybed or pullout sofa and use loft for storage. The tool chest would go, get a bigger fridge and a washer combo. Love it!
I'd put the tool chest in the shed, it would be safe storage for so many things.
@chezmoi42 The wood top would make a nice workbench if it fits in the shed.

Nice Harbor Freight tool box. It matches. Lol.

I do really like the glass sliding door as well.

This is so cute I love this especially the deck out porch that’s a good price she’s selling it for❤

Is there any way that we could get the stair treads attached with small hinges so we could utilize the space under them.

I was thinking the same for my puppy. You could make that backyard really nice too, it's so private.
Love their homes and communities. But I’m wondering why so many have left after a year or two.
I think a lot are older people with health issues or they move here from our if state and then miss their families.

Why don’t you do pocket doors? It would leave wall space in kitchen much more usable.

I would paint that deck white or a medium grey color. The stain doesn't work for me on that house.
Next time open the shades so we can see. Thank you
Much love ITH
Hey Randy and Manders!!😊❤❤
Absolutely love it. Are any utilities included in rent? I wouldn’t think so but I thought someone said they were. Can you screen in a porch?
Are they / ITH still building these?
This is Beautifully done! God Bless you all!❤
This is such a great deal. and an awesome location on the prairie.
Love everything about this unit (except the black roof during summer)! I do prefer the 10’ vs 8’ myself. I’d take this in a heartbeat 💗
Love that area and house for my husband retirement 😊
My husband and I will be visiting next month and planning to visit ITH while we are in TN. Hope to see you soon!
Wow it be sweet on someone lake property w that deck .Nice❤
Hello beautiful Amanda and Randy. Love this home.

Cherokee NC is NOT a reservation . The land is privately owned by the tribe unlike other federal Native American reservations.
But $69,000 for that? I wouldn't pay more than $35-$40,000 for it. It's cute and all but that's too much for that and that's even a stretch.
I agree.
The $30,000 Initial Lot Fee is part of the price!

With this layout I would rather put the tv on the wall by the stairs and make it retractable.

$200 per month as well? Lot looks large. Would this include the lease forever guarantee?
