The people yelling sellout and that this cost too much obviously have never bought a professional product in their life. If you think this is expensive, you should see some of the prices golf courses pay for liquid ferts. This is pretty affordable considering it's a professional product and organic.

Ofcourse a golf course is going to spend a ton of money on fert. However, I want to see the cost breakdown of what they pay per 1lb of N or what a gold course pays per lb of this same stuff.
I'm going to guess it's less considering that they buy in bulk.
Non the less, this stuff is pricey, and people are always trying to get the most for less.

It’s a lot like Clarus fertilizer. If you’re able to get it in your area it’s much cheaper. The Whole Shebang is a great summer fertilizer, and Screaming 8 is great for spring and fall

  • @dbproductreviews6319

Sounds solid! I always like skipping fertilizers in the summer months and use bio stimulants with rounds of Humic, Dethatch, and RGS to focus on overall soil health and products that retain moisture and promote deep, healthy roots.
I add liquids and granulars in the Spring and Fall months here in Michigan.

      Happy Father's day brother!
Get a broadcast. Drop spreader is great for seeding a broadcast will be so much faster and you can get very good coverage. The hardest thing about the broadcast spreaders is the edges though.
I feel like you could miss areas easily with the drop spreader unless you're gonna be on a very low rate and go over the lawn multiple times in different directions

How does this compare to something like CarbonProG (biochar) in terms of improving microbial activity?

    • @LegendaryLawnCare89
      @LegendaryLawnCare89 5 месяцев назад

I'm not sure about this product in general. The best way to increase microbial activity is by incorporating EM1 (Microbial Inoculant) and Blackstrap Molasses into your foliar program. The combination of the two will greatly improve overall soil health. EM1 will also improve disease resistance.

Earthworks has always been available to “homeowners,” but only DIY homeowners such as the viewers of this channel would know that. The ordinary homeowner would not have the knowledge to venture to a commercial landscaping store for fertilizer. This product is sold at Landscape Supply in the Virginia and Maryland area. I discovered EW in 2018, and have been using both granular and liquid EW products since then. I’ve had great results with 8-2-2 and 16-0-5 from EW. For EW liquids, I have used Sea 3, Cal Vantage, Mikronite.

Now that George on Princess Lawn and Jess are sold on this fert and telling us how good it is, we should expect a bag of this to go up about $5 a bag, just like what happened to Milorganite. It's still over priced.

You sir are correct, but I truly believe Milo sucks compared Sta Green Natural Fertilizer from Lowes…
Them mofos from Lowes, reduced the 25lb bag to 20lbs at the same price.
George has a video on it as well. Been using Milo for years with mediocre results at best if any.
1 treatment of Sta Green Nat Fert my lawn was popping!!! Day and night!
I went out hunting and stocked on about 30 of the 25lb bag.
You are correct, these companies will capitalize on this!!! Mofos!

@@LAWNLIFE At $43 for a 25 lbs bag and a label rate of 5-10 lbs/1000, it would be quite expensive to treate my 12,000 yard. Nothing special about this organic. Very over priced.

Remember that shipping is included in that price. Find a pro distributor/retailer in your area and buy Replenish 8-2-2 from Earthworks. More product and better prices. I wouldn’t bad mouth it though till you tried it. I use the dry in the spring and fall and spoon feed Protein Plus in the summer. Great color!

I don't think he's selling out, but I don't think that's cheap either. It would be almost $100 to do my whole lawn once & pay for shipping. That's not cheap and I have to do the work. Sometimes I think dudes commenting have 1000sq foot lawns.
I do like having options, but usually don't buy stuff that's on RUclips anyways suggested by lawn youtubers.
