The Hoover Dam is 726 feet (accidentally cut that off...oops!). That's what editing on little sleep will do to ya! 😬😅 Also, one thing we failed to mention in this video is that it costs $30 to enter Lone Rock Beach (good for 7 days). However, it is managed by the National Park Service and is FREE to enter if you have the America the Beautiful Pass, which we HIGHLY recommend, especially if you're visiting this part of the US. If you have the pass, you only pay $14 to camp for the night. Sorry for any confusion!
It seems to be one of the best parts of van life, the flexibility when plans go array. Many times you don't have to go too far to find better weather and good scenery before returning to finish plan A.
The flexibility is amazing! Especially because we are never tied to a hotel or specific area, so we can drive far if needed to escape weather or if we just change our minds!
My daughter shared your video with me and I’m subscribing! We are a newly married couple( he’s younger, I’m older)we are traveling in our 35 ft motor home with a small tow car. Your adventure seems so exciting. We are tired of “ resorts” and need the new adventure of boondocking. You guys have given me some great ideas! Thank you, looking forward to all your videos 😘😘 Oh we are Nate and Marion and we are Romancing The States on RUclips
I’m a simple man, A & K upload a new vlog... I click play! I super enjoyed this one! Utah looks so amazing and it’s been on my list for a while now! I so love the way you adventure together and have so much fun! That chicken looked so delicious as well and it looks like Katherine enjoys French Fries almost as much as I do. 😁👍🙏😍🤗👏
Back with more suggestions.... don't miss Goblin Valley and nearby Little Wild Horse Canyon. Parking lot fills up fast at Wild Horse so go early. La Sal mountain loop in Moab..just before crossing the Colorado river headed north turn right and head upstream. It's a beautiful short and scenic loop tht'll take you right back to Moab and let you out near Kens Lake. Hkle the Narrows in Zion, and see the Emerald Pools. There are two tunnels you drive through in Zion. Between them is a small parking lot and a trailhead for the Canyon Overlook Trail. There's an amazing quesadilla food truck in down town Moab. Don't miss Dead Horse Point and driving down the Pot Ash road in Moab. Love your videos and we've followed in your footsteps several times Keep adventuring !!!!
Thank you so much Rick! We did one of these stops already (in a future video) and have a few of these on the list, so we can't wait! We will mark down your other suggestions as well and hope we can check them out. We did the Narrows in 2018 and it was the BEST! Unfortunately we can't this time due to the shuttle and Kona logistics, but we have a similar hike planned soon :)
It's a shame your day didn't go as planned, but it looks like you had a blast anyways! Those toadstools were very cool!! It always brightens my day whenever you guys post :)
Y'all are absolutely adorable! Loving the adventures, you're so in one of my favorite places EVER right now! Looking forward to lots more Utah footage :)
Great video as always. Not that I would ever wish for your plans to get off track but It is good to show how to just cool with it and adapt. You have shared these moments a couple of times and I love them. Always looking for the sun breaking through the clouds
Thank you Jymn! Not going to lie, in the morning when the rain wouldn't let up we almost scratched this video, but we are really glad we figured out some other things to do. Trying to be better about not letting a change in plans stop us from filming! LOL still laughing about tendy! Every time I watched that part while editing I laughed out loud!
Thanks to you crazy kids, I have decided to explore Utah for my 50th birthday (last week of April) and cancel my trip to Colorado RMNP. I live in Kansas and started looking into purchasing winter wear. I couldn't justify spending so much money on one time wear for hiking. Thanks so much for the content and the information. I really enjoy watching it.
Considering how awful the weather was for you both, you made a good time out of it. 🙌 The Toadstools at the end were stunning 🍄 even more so because the sun finally came out!! 🌤️ Reminds me a little of Cappadocia - I believe they're formed in the same way in Turkey too. I know I say it all the time, but it's still so weird seeing you guys there in jackets. I've been to the Glen Canyon rec/Page area twice, both times in summer and I associate the place with intense heat!!! 🥵 Not sure how far ahead you've filmed, but if you're still in the area, I'd highly recommend hiking the Cathedral Wash (Just down from Lees Ferry) If it was warm, I'd have said take swimmers, but even in August, the water was bitterly cold. For comparison, swimming in Lake Powell was like a warm bath! Is the coal factory on the outskirts of Page still spewing out fumes or has it finally been decommissioned? Our lockdown did a slight easing on Monday just gone, but as I work during the week today has been the first opportunity to get out (Good Friday is a bank holiday here, not sure if it's the same in the US). Just got back from a freezing day wandering the Kent Countryside and an old ruined castle's gardens... and getting to sit down and watch your video in the warmth of the house has been a perfect way to end it! ❤️
The sunshine at the end was such a perfect way to end the day! We are dying to visit Cappadocia someday, it looks gorgeous there! Hahaha it's funny how it can be so cold here, but also BRUTALLY hot! Our previous trip was during April, so we have only experienced it in the milder weather. But when the sun is out, even cooler temps feel a lot warmer here. We have headed a bit west since this was filmed, but we did a hike kind of similar to Cathedral Wash, which will be the next video! Can't wait to share it! And we didn't notice any fumes while in Page! So happy you were able to get out! That sounds like a really cool adventure. Did you film it?
@Adventures of A plus K I really did love Cappadocia... and Turkey in general. I appreciate it will be expensive for you guys to get there, but once there, it's very cheap (perhaps with the hot air balloon being the exception ;)) Ooooh West y'say? I think because you did the Moki dugway last week, I'd just assumed Moab/Arches/Canyonlands was coming up next, but maybe Zion and Bryce first? Looking forward to the next video, and now I'm very curious to find out what trail you guys did! I did film today, but it's the first time I've picked up the camera since October, so will need to see if it's any good/long enough to edit into a video for RUclips! The frustration this morning from my rusty-ness was all too real! 🤦♀️
i subscribed to your site and i want to thank you, for showing the sites on your journey. seen the things in your trip shows me what im missing in my travels, im handicapped, i can drive to all of the locations , but hard for me to get on the trails. not in a wheel chair, just cant walk for a long distance. i ll drive to your locations and see what you see , make me feel that i saw it too in person!. i drove to zion with my wife,3 weeks ago, she walked and i sat waiting for her, she filmed everything, so i could experience the same. you talk of rain, it snowed on our trip coming home. thank you again. looking for the next stop.
We are so happy to virtually bring you along with us! And how awesome of your wife to film the park for you! Were you able to go on the paved Pa'rus trail at all?
@@AdventuresofAplusK no didnt i have the scooter till after we got home, some one through it out and i went to work to rebuild it . 6 volt batteries, 4 in total, with a top made of fiberglass removable with a 200 watt solar panel on top to continue to charge the system. the batteries are in series to make up 12 volt power direct from the solar panel.
We did southern Utah and Arizona a few years ago as a family of four-two parents and two older teens. We LOVED it as well! Cannot wait to see more of these videos...we had limited time, and you are giving us GREAT ideas to go back! :):)
@@AdventuresofAplusK I love watching y'all's (hey, I'm Texan, so "ya'll, fixin' to," etc) videos. We visited some places you're going and will soon hit some places you're going now, so really lookin forward to what you post!
Awesome campsite. I am going to have to start writing some of these spots down for future reference. You guys can really find some epic spots. I appreciate the diligence you put forth. The Toadstool Hoodoos were really cool. While watching, I too was thinking the area reminded me of the Badlands or Theodore Roosevelt Parks. I had this trail on my itinerary as something to try and squeeze in while we were in Kanab for only one night. We didn’t make it. Too wiped from an early morning hike and had to get to our reservation at North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Someday in the future I hope. Thanks for taking me along virtually. Oh yeah, I was going to say. There is an area in NW Nebraska called Toadstool Geologic Park in the Oglala National Grassland. The formations are pretty similar but the hoodoos in Utah have much better coloration.
How cool that there are hoodoos in Nebraska! Definitely will have to keep that in mind for when we make it there. The Toadstool Hoodoos are a great quick hike (well, quick if it hasn't rained haha, that mud slows you down!) and that beach campsite was legit!
DAM, that was an awesome episode! Love the adventuring, the views and even the mud! Lake Powell is so cool, and the chicken and fries look amazing! Hope you're having fun (it certainly looks like it).... and great the Kathryn has a few days off!!
Hahahaha we dam sure appreciate the dam jokes! 😜 It was a really great day and I am so thankful that I saved up tons of vacation days to be able to explore some of Utah during the week!
Those Hoodoos were crazy! Those fries needed to get in my belly! Sooo yummy looking! I wouldn’t have been disappointed eating only them and not the “tendy” chicken even though it too looked good! 😋 Thanks for showing me yet another super beautiful place❣️
Those toadstools are wild looking. I agree, I have to stop myself from using the term otherworldly over and over again in a lot of our videos haha. I actually loved the behind the scenes look at your voice over recordings! Always neat to see how other creators do their thing as we are still learning so much!
It’s so otherworldly here! 🛸 And I like to envision us recording those in like a fancy studio with great sound equipment, but nope it’s usually us at weird angles sitting on our bed hahah
@@AdventuresofAplusK yeah that would be neat! We did recently get a yeti mic but that didn't stop me from accidentally having the sound pickup through the laptop instead... 🤦🏼♀️User error! Also we checked out Lone Rock and it's awesome so thanks for showing that in your video!
Wow incredible scenery and that dam 😮 Your shoes after that walk must have weighed a ton with all that muck on them 😂 I love your bloopers, you should do a video sometime of just bloopers!
Gahh there is SO much! We thought 2 months would be enough time to see a lot in this area, but everyday we learn of new places and realize we would never get bored here.
Wel love your videos, you guys do such a great job. You are one of the reasons my wife and I decided started doing videos on RUclips. Also we use you guys as a resource for places we want to travel so thank you for the tips and keep it up.
Hello Adventurers, I just watched your footage of Lake Powell and Page. I have been to all of southern Utah and all of the 5 National Parks several times. Yes, there are many interesting rock formations that seems like your on another planet. Have you taken the boat ride up Lake Powell to Rainbow Bridge National Monument? If not, do it! It's absolutely AMAZING! Do it! I also looked at your Sedona footage. I took a Pink Jeeps Tour when I was last there and it was AWESOME! I missed out on Devils Bridge though. I'll make sure I check that out next time I'm in Sedona. Oh yeah, that chicken looks really good😊😊😊!
Hi Al! We haven't taken that boat ride, but we have heard of it and it looks AMAZING! And definitely check out Devil's Bridge, it's such a cool hike (especially at sunrise)!
I was able to see and photograph both of those locations in Jan 2020 when I was in Page area. Saw the chicken place but did not stop. Next time. Thanks and safe travels.
OmG. Thank you for this video. We are heading to lone Rock Beach next week. Awe, it would be so much fun to see you guys kayaking if the weather was good. And we are hoping to have nice weather next week so we can enjoy our new inflatable kayak.😊
Ahhh yay! Have the BEST time and we will cross our fingers y’all have great weather (it has been SO nice since we filmed this of course lol!). Let us know how you like the kayak! Excited to take our new one out!
If you go up by horseshoe bend you can find an excellent kayaking canyon that is connected to antelope canyon. Not sure if that’s where you were planning on kayaking today, but it’s not too far from southern Utah and it’s definitely worth it(it’s like lower antelope but a little bigger and you kayak there of course.
You two are great. You both have the best attitudes. It seems like you are really nice, fun people who are enjoying your lives. I hope you two are having the time of your lives. I hope the good life you are living is real. I'm driving out West this summer. I'm going from Campo, Colorado to Campo, California. I hope to hike the southern section of the Pacific Crest Trail from Campo, but there are a lot of places i want to see along the way. I love Manitou Springs and PIke's Peak, and I'll go to Dinosaur in Northern Colorado. Then I'll go South, hopefully to Durango and then Southern Utah (close to where you are) and then Monument Valley. Then on to the Southwest desert and Campo.
Hi David! Definitely loving life! Well, most of the time. It has its challenges just like any other lifestyle. :) Your summer plans sound amazing! We hope to spend a good chunk of time in CO soon! And hiking part of the PCT is something we'd love to do one day as well!
I find that the best adventures come from the pivot! Great plan B guys! Another great video, though I felt like the roadrunner would come running out any minute with the coyote crashing down with one of those boulders!! Be safe...and keep up the great work.
I'm traveling through southern Utah myself right now. So beautiful and I'm trying to do 5 national parks and 1 state park in 2 days, heading to Arches shortly. Enjoy your adventures, always enjoy what you edit and thanks for the inspiration to see the goosenecks it was beautiful!
That's one rough beach - awesome spot you guys got tho! Lake Powell and the Dam are another one of those "normal" Arizona things (along with Page, Organ Pipe, and probably a few others) that we've never visited. One day! Hope you guys get better weather to deal with for the rest of your trip 😀
It took me 26 years after partially growing up in Arizona to even see the Grand Canyon and 25 years to visit big bend in Texas! It just means y’all have lots of fun adventures in AZ to still be had!
Glad you finally got some sunshine! Though it was unfortunate you didn't get to kayak, the opportunity to see an insane wind storm like that had to be pretty cool. Really random, but have you considered creating Adventures of A + K gear?
We are sooo excited to use the new kayak (and prove it's durable lol!), but we figured it would be best to go on its maiden voyage during better weather haha. We haven't really considered any gear, we have a taco sticker we sometimes give away, but if you have anything you'd want, let us know in case we explore that someday!
@@AdventuresofAplusK Awe for sure! Especially after the not-so-fun incident in Texas lol! Hoping you guys can take it out soon somewhere out west though! Maybe Lake Havasu or Sand Hollow State Park? That's so swell! Love the taco sticker!! Honestly anything would be cool - like a sweatshirt or travel mug or something!
Hahaha the LAST thing we needed was another rescue lol! And thank you for the suggestions! We definitely would consider it if we had something cool to put on it besides just our logo!
Like hoodoos visit Goblin Valley state park in Utah, fabulous formations you can get lost in. If you are up for a small hike head over to Goblin's Lair, the climb inside is a bit tough but it's nice if you take the time to visit. We did the Mighty Five a couple years ago and this was a nice add.
We seem to be following you thru Utah. Although not as young and daring as you both, after hiking South Coyote Bluffs in Vermillion Cliffs NM (an absolute must see and hike but you need to go with a tour guide), we drove to Page and had dinner at the Bird House! Great recommendation!!! Thanks!!!
When you take the 89 south from Page to Bitter springs, turn right there onto the 89A you will see Marble Canyon and 8.5M past the bridges (old and new one) you'll be at a place called Cliff Dweller's stone house. There are a lot of strange large boulders there, some of them standing up.
Watching this vlog was torture!!!!! I'm eating a 🥗 salad watching this then 🤯💥 boom; You all are eating spicy🔥🥵 🐔 chicken and the crinkle fries. Damn, so jealous!!!!! Now I have to take a road trip to that place. We don't have that here in El Paso. Only canes. Stay safe. Enjoy watching your adventures.
Thank you so much for your videos. Just got back from vacation going to mesa verde and arches and others. We took many of your recommendations and had a great time.
We really wanted to originally, but there is too much we want to see there and not enough time (also not in the right season for some of it), so we're going to save it for when we can explore properly.
Another great adventure guys👍 Too bad you didn't have better weather to blow up your portable kayak. I may get one of those things do you think 🤔 they are worth the 200 bucks. That Dam was impressive, went to Hoover Dam before 911 and they use to let you on a tour in the bottom of it. Never seen so many electric turbines to generate power in my life. ❤ the Toadstool Hoo-Dos was waiting for Katherine to fall on her butt on that muddy trail. Speaking of falling how is your wrist doing from Mammoth Cave.
We love it! Just stick to lakes and nothing with sharp objects so you don’t pop it like we did one time haha. It’s a great kayak though! Wrist still has some issues, but I saw a doctor again and that’s to be expected. Cut has healed up well though!
We highly suggest Wire Pass and Buckskin Gulch! Our next video will be from there and we personally enjoyed it more than Antelope Canyon. You're able to explore on your own, it's cheaper, and much larger. It is slightly different looking, but we loved it. Just get there early to avoid having to share the slot canyon with tons of other people. We started around 7:15 AM and didn't see anyone until the way back.
@@AdventuresofAplusK Looked into this and planning to do it! Eager to see the video. Apparently, dogs are ok. Did you take Kona? You agree not too difficult with small dogs?
Kona stayed in the van for the hike since we had read some dogs didn't really enjoy it and she doesn't do well in confined spaces with other dogs/strangers. There is one spot that is tricky for dogs (a ladder) and then in Buckskin Gulch quite a few deep puddles to cross through. But besides those parts, it wouldn't be hard for a dog!
Interesting, I've lived in Utah and been to various locations in the southern part of the state but not where you went. I've done the houseboat trips from Bullfrog and Wahweap. Those sand storms are the funnest 😫, tasting dirt for days after.
were planning a trip come june 15 thru 30, yellowstone, getting prepared for this one, i modified a 3 wheel electric scooter to take on the trip, battery and solar powered so i can ride to the different locations in yellowstone walk paths, then going to glacier, then all thru south dakota, mt. rushmore, badlands etc then home. again thank you for your site. next thing to buy a video camera.
That is AMAZING! Yellowstone has some great boardwalks, so you should be able to experience the beauty firsthand, how exciting!!! You're going to have a great time!
If you do get stuck, call up Matt’s Off Road Recovery. He has an awesome RUclips channel and he is in that area. He has at least one Video filmed at Lone Rock. He goes all over Southern Utah doing vehicle recoveries. Love your channel. Just subscribed!
Im currently living in Arizona near Prescott. You gotta check out Sedona if you have not already. It's my favorite area. Also Montezuma Castle which is close.
I believe we did. I don’t think it was the strongest ever, but we were able to work a bit during the rain! Campendium reports both AT&T and Verizon having service.
So far we haven't tried stargazing because we have been crashing hard every night around 8 PM haha. But Toadstool Hoodoos would be a cool spot to get the shadow of the hoodoos with the night sky! I assume it would have pretty clear skies.
Hi James! That’s an ecollar remote for Kona. It’s a training tool that we worked with a trainer to learn that has made our life (and her life) so much better! (She has a lot of issues 😅)
Hey guys. My wife and I love your channel. We just started our own. We take our infant son on small adventures and make videos about it. We are hoping for some feedback from professionals if possible. Appreciate you. Keep adventuring!
We are actually not tiktok users (I know, we’re behind on the times haha 😜) We want to start making Instagram reels, but we keep not having time to make them. Trying to focus on RUclips and our website and do those well vs. having too many apps to manage!
The Hoover Dam is 726 feet (accidentally cut that off...oops!). That's what editing on little sleep will do to ya! 😬😅

How cool that there are hoodoos in Nebraska! Definitely will have to keep that in mind for when we make it there. The Toadstool Hoodoos are a great quick hike (well, quick if it hasn't rained haha, that mud slows you down!) and that beach campsite was legit!
Really enjoyed the video, even rainy days can be fun if you are in such beautiful places. Thanks
It can’t rain on our parade! 🥳
I worked for Lake Powell right out of high school, made reservations for their houseboats and volunteered during Labor Day weekend
So awesome! A houseboat sounds fun!
You would’ve loved the fries!!! ❤️❤️
Wow incredible scenery and that dam 😮
Your shoes after that walk must have weighed a ton with all that muck on them 😂
I love your bloopers, you should do a video sometime of just bloopers!
Oh yeah they were a LOT heavier from the mud haha! I need to start storing our bloopers in an easier way to find them 😂
Your video made me miss northern AZ. So much to see in that area I'm so jealous. Have fun guys!
Gahh there is SO much! We thought 2 months would be enough time to see a lot in this area, but everyday we learn of new places and realize we would never get bored here.
Gorgeous spot at Lake Powell.
One of the best camping spots we have found! If it was free we would've stayed for days!
@@AdventuresofAplusK $14 is essentially free for views like that. Ps. Glad you found food....I knew y'all wouldn't let me down.
It was a great deal! And we had cell service, so we could work while we were trapped inside from the rain!
Your channel came up on my explore page today! Love the content and vlog style. Looking forward to more videos!
Thank you so much for watching Anne! Glad you enjoyed the video! ❤️
Wel love your videos, you guys do such a great job. You are one of the reasons my wife and I decided started doing videos on RUclips. Also we use you guys as a resource for places we want to travel so thank you for the tips and keep it up.
We are so happy you enjoy the content, thank you so much! And congrats on making your own videos!
Excellent video!! I can wait to get there! 2 weeks till we will be there!!
Yay! Have an amazing time!!!
We'll be back in this area in June and cannot wait! So gorgeous and so much to do! -Ben and Ang
There is SO much to do it's crazy!
Iconic toadstool Rock!! Love it -- ill be out there in 10 days for another adventure!!
Have an amazing time!
Wow! I never knew that Utah had so many fascinating things to see! I want to go check it out!
It's absolutely unreal here! The scenery is crazy!
Another fantastic trip even though it was rainy and muddy. Hope it clears up for you guys! Muddy shoes and puppy in your van is not a fun thought! lol
Hahah definitely not fun to have lots of mud in the van! Thankfully it has been allll sunshine from here (with a few muddy trails, but not horrible!)
Page, Arizona is my hometown. Stromboli’s is an awesome lunch spot. Thanks for sharing.
Ooo we will have to check it out next time, thank you!
I swear to god yall live in my brain lol ... every time i plan a trip yall drop a new video of where i wanna go
Hahahaha we promise we aren't eavesdropping! Are you heading to Utah soon?
@@AdventuresofAplusK Yes end of next month!
Sweet! Have an awesome time!
I was able to see and photograph both of those locations in Jan 2020 when I was in Page area. Saw the chicken place but did not stop. Next time. Thanks and safe travels.
We hope you had better weather than us! And definitely get the chicken next time. We loved it!
Haha, even your plan B looks pretty great 👍🏻. But I am sure would be nice to kayak in Lake Powell. Hope you get to do that in later video!
We are dying to take the new kayak out! Going to have to find a cool spot!
Very cool! We had planned to kayak in lone rock canyon, but kayaking in any canyon sounds so epic there!
Bummer about the weather, but looks like you guys made the best of it! Looking forward to the rest of your adventures in Utah!
Thankfully it has been all ☀️ since this!
We are so happy with how it turned out! Hahahah can totally see that happening 😂
@@AdventuresofAplusK AND you got that new kayak FAST!!! Can't wait to see it back in action!
We seriously bought it the day after the other one popped 😂 no oyster beds can stop us! (Well, we will be avoiding oyster beds from now on lol)
Sorry about the weather
Glad you ate some good chicken and saw that cool Damn
It all worked out in the end! We’ll hopefully get to kayak next time!
Oh wow! We hope you have a blast!
It's on the list and we can't wait!
Thanks!!!
Yay! So glad you enjoyed it!!
When you take the 89 south from Page to Bitter springs, turn right there onto the 89A you will see Marble Canyon and 8.5M past the bridges (old and new one) you'll be at a place called Cliff Dweller's stone house. There are a lot of strange large boulders there, some of them standing up.
Nice! We will have to check that out next time!
Ooo Canes is good too! But Birdhouse was the bomb! Highly recommend it if you're in the area. Salads can be tasty too! 😋
Love this part of the US! Great videos
Such an epic area to explore! 🙌🏼
Thank you so much for your videos. Just got back from vacation going to mesa verde and arches and others. We took many of your recommendations and had a great time.
That’s so awesome to hear! We’re glad you had a great trip and we could help in some way! Thanks for letting us know and thanks for watching!
Yum!
Some of the best fried chicken EVER!
Amazing views hope to see that some day😍❤ keep safe avid fan
Thank you so much for watching! ❤️
I keep watching for you guys to appear on Matt’s Off Road Recovery
Haha we’re veryyyy cautious with the van since it is our car AND home!
Any a plus k vid is entertaining (rain or shine)
Thank you Joseph! We are always bummed when the video doesn’t go exactly as planned, but we tried to redeem it!
Are y’all planning to see Nevada at all?
We really wanted to originally, but there is too much we want to see there and not enough time (also not in the right season for some of it), so we're going to save it for when we can explore properly.
Former Texas girl living here in southern Utah.
Woo! What part of Texas are you from?
@@AdventuresofAplusK Bowie Texas
Check out Goblin Valley State park. You will not be disappointed
It's on the list! We can't wait!
You replied back, I'm so excited lol. I'm a nerd
We love to respond! We are very grateful for those who watch and take the time to comment, so thank you!!!
We're going to stay in Page in early May in hopes that Antelope Canyon reopens by then. If not, it looks like there are a few other fun options.
@@AdventuresofAplusK Ok. Maybe we should plan to carry them in their puppy backpacks then. Thanks for the input.
@@AdventuresofAplusK thank you i hope we do.
If you do get stuck, call up Matt’s Off Road Recovery. He has an awesome RUclips channel and he is in that area. He has at least one Video filmed at Lone Rock. He goes all over Southern Utah doing vehicle recoveries. Love your channel. Just subscribed!
Thank you so much for the tip! Going to cross all fingers and toes that doesn’t have to happen haha!
My daughter and I were at Lone Rock three weeks ago, no water around it.
That is wild!
Tender + juicy = Tendy 😅😅😅 my new fav word
😂😂😂 we’re so glad we can make tendy a thing!
I'm looking at the 2021 sprinter 170 ext with 4 cylinder deseil build
Very nice! We have a 2019 Sprinter with a 170 WB!
thanks A+K
Im currently living in Arizona near Prescott. You gotta check out Sedona if you have not already. It's my favorite area. Also Montezuma Castle which is close.
We have! We love Sedona!
super Tendy. :-D
Hahahaha new word!
If your still in the area check out Yellow Rock and Wire Pass slot
Our next video will be from Wire Pass. Awesome hike! 🙌🏼
Hey guys! Great video, wondering if there was service at Lone Rock Beach campground? Looking to mix work and play. Thx
I believe we did. I don’t think it was the strongest ever, but we were able to work a bit during the rain! Campendium reports both AT&T and Verizon having service.
As of now July 2022 you can walk right up to live rock that’s how much water loss there has been
I’ve heard a bit about how low the water has gotten. Crazy!
Any recommendations for places to do good stargazing?
So far we haven't tried stargazing because we have been crashing hard every night around 8 PM haha. But Toadstool Hoodoos would be a cool spot to get the shadow of the hoodoos with the night sky! I assume it would have pretty clear skies.
Adam ... question for ya ... what is that ORANGE COLORED OBJECT hangin on the front of your jacket? Curious lookin to me ... LOL
Have you done live q and a on RUclips yet? Would love to watch, participate!
We have done a few pre-recorded ones!
Can you swim in lake Powell, to bad it's losing water like Lake Mead
I’m not sure. I’ve heard the water has dropped significantly
you guys are adorable
❤️❤️ thanks for the kind words!
👍👍
Have you ever considered making a Tik Tok account? I think it would be a great way to increase your community.
We are actually not tiktok users (I know, we’re behind on the times haha 😜) We want to start making Instagram reels, but we keep not having time to make them. Trying to focus on RUclips and our website and do those well vs. having too many apps to manage!
You make me want to eat some fried chicken
Oh my gosh, it was so dang good!
