- Welcome back to another video guys! We are finally working on our Humvee. After a long 6 months of waiting we are continuing the build! In todays video we are putting the doors together and slapping those bad boys on. We are a huge step closer to completing this build!

That guy who made your slant back has done the worst weld job I have ever seen. Looks like he used a cheap spool gun to weld. This type of weld will crack and break over time due to vibrations. The top should have been welded with the proper TIG welder. Its stronger and neater not requiring any finish work.

I would have primed those doors ans X frames on both sides with one layer of paint before assembling the doors. This will prevent corrosion in hidden areas under hinges and X frames.
You need to use a good self etching primer on the aluminum before the paint. This way the paint will bond better to the metal.
where did you get the doors? I agree with the other comments the weld job is poor
The flat corners on the slant back mean its not military.

Sadly we gave this car to a guy who was supposed to custom fabricate the whole roof/slant back for us and he completely destroyed the car and burned the whole new interior we installed .. so it was either start all over or just sell it as is
