Yeah, I’m not one to complain but he’s missing his legs. Ultron looks like a giant pimple Omega looks like he’s having a bad day getting this pimple off.😂 11:51
Jinpachi Mishima - Tekken 5 & Azazel - Tekken 6 both have attacks that wipe out 80% of your Health bar & their attacks take up the whole screen making them impossible to dodge. 🤦🏿♂️
MK9 was the last entry in the series I outright loved. While a reboot is prone to causing story issues, the execution of the plot was perfect for that game specifically as well as it being the best designed fighting game in the series period. MKX I did like overall despite it being a downgrade from its predecessor. Story was not as interesting, but I did like the new fatalities and such and was still good overall. But MK11 was when it joined the crowd of MCU copycat syndrome with the story getting outright messy. Wasn't a bad fighting game at least, but the story mode was a different story in which is outright sucked. And at this point, I am pretty much done with MK.
Polygon Man from PlayStation All Stars should've been here. He's the boss and yet the weakest character in the game. He is incapable of killing the player at all and is thus reliant on minions to do that for him and he's the only character in the game damaged by normal attacks.
I haven't played that game so I don't have an opinion on whether or not its combat mechanics are fun, regardless, they definitely don't sound like something that lends itself well to boss fights.
I agree. Having the “prototype mascot” of PlayStation as the final boss is interesting in itself, but the fight sucks; all he does is watch his minions (which are just the other fighters zombified) and transform into the different levels hazards….. and then at the end of each round, he launches himself at you and stays steel so you can hit him!!! (Although, you could make the argument that he’s stunned or got stuck or something).
I’ve seen people who play MVC Infinite make Ultron Omega into an absolute joke in the arcade mode, so I think that’s fair Also, “Kronika should’ve been Netherealm’s Thanos, instead she became their Kang” is such a hard roast
Even comparing Kronika to Kang feels like an insult when her first act is bring back the dead heroes, therefor increasing the number of enemies she has and allow for the union of Liu Kang and Raiden she was so afraid of. Ultimately, Kronika was created less as an ultimate villain and more as a plot device to bring back dead heroes because NRS got cold feet about advancing the story without them.
@@dragonstormx And what Kronika did? All she did is basically fucked up the Timeline by bringing back Shao Kahn and brought the younger and non-revenant versions of Liu Kang, Kung Lao, Sonya, Jax and Kitana and forcing Raiden to wound up fighting Liu Kang whilst bringing the Younger Kano, Kabal, Frost, Baraka and brought back Noob Saibot and that's it. She's nothing but a huge walking plot device for Shang Tsung to return.
I hate brainiac from injustice 2. The moveset he has as a boss is unbelievably difficult. He controls the tendrils on his ship that nearly takes up the whole arena and he can shrug off any of your attacks too
You forgot the big head in Playstation All Stars. He doesn't do anything, but summon characters you have already beaten. You attack him three times when he slams his head to the ground, and then you win. They were obviously trying to copy Master Hand from Super Smash Bros, but Master and Crazy Hand were threatening, creative, and could beat you in one shot.
I honestly like Kronika, due to her design and power. Her motivation about restarting history seems interesting, yet, could have been a bit more fleshed out. But I got the idea that she wants an era where bad guys win.
Kronika is suuuch a terrible villain and a massive downgrade from previous bosses, Shao Kahn, Onaga and Shang Tsung. She's just a stepping stone for Liu Kang and Shang Tsung Even KANO of all characters beat her
@@duncananderson2113 No wonder she's the female Nuclear Man of Mortal Kombat. Kronika is way up there with another worst Mortal Kombat Kharacter Hsu Hao as the entire staff at NRS including Jon Vogel hated him.
Kinda wanna say Superman in Injustice: Gods Among Us. He’s pretty much just exact same as playable Superman, but with more health and damage. I mean thematically he’s the appropriate final boss, but by that point in the story, he’s had enough and he’s going on a rampage, fully willing to kill anyone in his way. And the fact that in the story mode, you’re playing as Superman as well, a mirror match final boss fight is just kinda lame. I feel like he should have been done with a changed up move set compared to regular Superman. Unhinged and willing to kill should’ve made bad Supes have _a lot_ more brutality to his moves. His punches needed to be absolute earth breakers, his powers needed to be showcased exactly why Superman should be feared for the possibility of going bad. Especially while he’s fighting another Superman, he knows how durable he is. The key element of that fight to make it a proper boss fight is to show that one of the Supermans is ready, willing and able to kill the other.
I liked Kronika. She's also the first and so far only female boss in the MK series. I do agree that it's old having Dural being the final boss in EVERY VF game.
Nah Onaga's a pretty good boss, there's even a neat trick with the kamidogu, plus Onaga can be very challenging, even knocking you onto the spikes. Plus Onaga is leagues better as a villain and boss compared to Kronikq
You guys missed out on Polygon Man from PlayStation All Stars. Just fighting other character clones until you use your special to defeat them then he does one attack of smashing his chin on the ground and you attack his face then repeat. So boring.
Capcom is bad at making Boss fights, even their Street Fighter franchise has bad line up of boss fights, and has less iconic Boss characters, most isn't even look like a boss, JP for example; JP doesn't feel like boss. (Except Bison and Akuma).
The worst bosses I’ve ever fought are as follows: The Apprentice - SoulCalibur IV (Although he’s not really considered a boss, he is a pain in the ass to fight in my opinion) Saiki and Dark Ash - The King of Fighters 13 Onslaught - Marvel vs Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes Magneto - X-Men: Children of The Atom Dr. Blowhole - Super Brawl (2010) Verse - The King of Fighters 14
Onslaught is a bastard to beat in MvC1 he annihilated my team consist of Mega Man and Jin Saotome so much that he cause my Dualshock 3 controller on my PS3 to malfunction.
The problem I have with Kronika isn't her design or her role within the story. I thought they built her up quite well as an intimidating foe (I also have no memory of her ever saying she felt "threatened"). The problem is that her attacks are so insanely cheap that every fight against her is 99% blocking and 1% uppercuts. Easily for me it was MK9 Shao Kahn. Dude would sit there, taunt, spam projectiles. I had to resort to spamming to beat him but…it made me feel dirty to spam in a fighting game. Now I see spamming is quite normal in the competitive scene and I hate it even more
I appreciate your inclusion of Ultron Omega in this list. I still haven’t been able to beat him and I frankly hate the overwhelming attacks they gave him. Just when you think you’re doing well, he fires something huge and unavailable at you and wipes out your health. There’s also a super-powerful boss at the end of Super Smash Bros. Brawl that is so hard to beat, they give you 6 fighters to do it. I prefer the good old days when the bosses were tough, but beatable.
Tekken : Heihachi in T4, cause he is not even a boss, just a regular fighter with nothing special at least. Nancy, although just a bonus round, it was hard to beat and the character didnt make sense in a Tekken game. Azazel, it was just so cheap as a boss. Ugh, Kronika. She sucks! She can't be knocked down by anything but an uppercut, can't be comboed as her foresight to attacks equates to a level 9 CPU from Ultimate, she can launch a t-rex and meteor at you, kombatants summoned at her 2/3 and 1/3 health markers, and she can combo you into the New Era with her stupid time reversal moves. You'd think that reversing time would reverse your damage, but nope, because accuracy leads to reversing unfairness. Even with a broken character like Geras, Joker, or Cetrion, Kronika is a boss who shouldn't have been created. It's always satisfying to see her get utterly mutilated by her own hourglass after defeating her.
I agree with Kronika. When I first got to her in 2019 she was a pain in the ass to beat. It took me three tries to get the good ending. It’s stupid you can’t juggle convo her or do fatal blows to her
DB FighterZ's Android 21 would be my pick. They had the set up for an interesting new main villain that just so happened to be a WOMAN. But what do they do with her? Just make her a damn female version of Majin Buu right down to the regurgitation of the Buu Saga's highlights in the third half of the crappy story mode. Worse she is only really the final boss in Story Mode. In Arcade Mode she's barely even a footnote as you can actually fight different final bosses depending on your performance. Not that it even matters since Arcade Mode can't even be bothered with Arcade Endings! And to top it all off, the actually interesting version of her, Lab Coat, was sold as the final DLC fighter and was so broken she permanently destroyed the game's already terrible balance. Bandai Namco ended the game's _(official)_ life span by releasing the most bullshit character in recent fighting game history just to make one last quick buck. Everything about her was just a long series of huge Ls ranging from squandered potential, lazy lackluster execution to outright tarnishing the game's legitimacy as a _"real fighting game"._
Agreed but very worse boss to me? DBZ Budokai: Power Weighted Cell in story mode. HE WAS MY BANE at the time and my brother and i struggled with his heavy ass XD
Okay but you're wrong about Nancy all due respect: You CAN stun Nancy by dealing enough damage. Dodging nancy is as easy as just ducking and sidestepping with some really telegraphed attacks.
I had no prblem with these. They fun except the nancy robot. Its a list of stuff you dont like you dont speak for others but fun topic to listen to tho
The tv remote is actually difficult if you play punch time explosion on hard mode as he has so much health along with the bossses, enemies, and you take more damage. I recently completed punch time explosion story mode in hard mode a few months ago on my wii and beaten the final boss.
Deonna Perazzo TNA Impact (2005-) Not a Fighting boss but she doesn't do It for me when Jordynne Grace Is more entertaining It says alot Tasha Steelz was In Contention but as a fellow Puerto Rican myself I couldn't go with her
This dude must be a zoomer or alpha with anything multiversal=automatic MCU reference. DC did it first with Crisis but yeah...anyway. Kronika was quite interesting actually, and I'm guessing this dude didn't pay attention to the plot she kept resetting time to get the perfect timeline what do you mean did nothing? lol It was corrupting her, sorry but your "Terminator portal idea" sounds lame did you not notice she morphs into different characters in the final fight and her powers are time, why wouldn't she rewind or freeze you? lol This video is stretching on these....complaining about nothing about her and Nancy sounds like lowkey MojoPlays is just triggered by the difficulty so they're like "let's whine about the design, even though we hate fighting them!" lol 🤣
I mean, Ultron Omega is pretty in line with the rest of the MvC bosses being big characters that don't exactly follow the rules of the game. The only thing that makes Galactus any better is that it's Galactus. It's definitely not the worst fighting game final boss in a genre filled with pretty lackluster bosses.
I'd say it's Ma-Ryan's minions in Aquapazza. You know it's the last fight when Ma-Ryan is the striker, but all of her minions are just dark-colored reskins of a random fighter in the game's roster. If you manage to defeat the minion on the final round, Ma-Ryan will revive him or her with roughly 30% more health. Defeat that minion without dying, and the game finally ends. I wished a unique final boss was there, and not just another random encounter as the end boss. The unique boss striker is an intersting concept, by the way.
Kronika was a pain in the ass when I first fought her in 2019. It took me three tries to get the good ending. It’d also stupid you can’t do juggle combos and also she’s immune to fatal blows.
Darkon in smash ultimate. In his first cutscene, he showed up and just taunted all of the fighters, in his second he died. In his third he came back for some reason to work together with galeem to kill everyone. And you guessed it, he died. (Jk it’s kronika)
The only thing Kronika has going for her is that she's technically the first female big bad. That's it, she's easy to beat, she's lame, cliche, but I guess her design was kinda cool.
I would easily replace Kronika for Blaze in MK Armageddon. He was supposed to be the Original Ultimate boss for MKs "final" game and turned to be the easiest generic bosses of the franchise.
Soul Calibur 4 could’ve been a better finale for the series. By giving us a story focusing on Siegfried becoming the Holy Sword’s chosen wielder. While giving us an awesome final boss against Nightmare. Instead we just got to play as every character in their own story, with only 5 stages. Can’t we just have another Tales of Souls like what we had in Soul Calibur 3?
At least Soul Calibur VI rectified that with both Libra of Soul and Soul Chronicle. Libra of Soul was definitely fun, but the worst fight in that mode by far was the Colossus in that one sidequest.
Raidou was basically Bryan Fury and Heihachi Mishima fused together, with Heihachi's voice and some of his move,if not almost all of his movesets. A total ripoff! Why didn't they just call it "Mecha-Mishima"?
Master Core forms of Super Smash Bros 4 should be in a Dishonorable Mentions there. Easily the worst boss of Smash Bros series coming from the absolute worst Classic Mode ever. I'm glad that Ultimate overshadowed Smash 4 in terms of almost everything.
Jin in scenario campaign, he already juggles tf outta you, but then he has high element damage and fast for NO REASON...he puts you in a combo dat spams like six or 7 lightning fists.....and raven ain't no help...he gets dropped off in like five seconds EVERY TIME...Like bro stop rushing in...dat was an angry day ngl
Would argue the deadly alliance from MK1 should be here it’s quite literally just Shang Tsung and a Kameo Quan Chi with nothing extra you’re literally just fighting base roster Shang he just deals a bit more damage extremely underwhelming honestly, the titan battles they do every season are what the fight should have been like
White in Real Bout Fatal Fury Special: Dominated Mind, one of the worst SNK villains ever. Even if you deplete his health, he still has one last trick up his sleeve. I'll miss his seiyuu Keiji Fujiwara. White still should comeback with a new Japanese voice: Yuki Ono and possible English voice: Neil Newbon.
The TV Remote from *Cartoon Network: Punch Time Explosion,* Raidou from *Dead or Alive 6,* the Pandora Fighters & Ogre from *Street Fighter x Tekken,* Kronika from *Mortal Kombat 11,* Ogre & True Ogre, Azazel, Unknown & NANCY-MI847J from *Tekken Tag Tournament 2 & Tekken 6,* Dural from *Virtual Fighters* franchises, Dr. Eggman from *Sonic the Fighters* and Ultron Omega from *Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite* are all THE Absolute Worst Fighting Game Bosses I've ever seen. They're all Super Weak and Pathetic and Boring to begin with throughout the years
7:00 was it because of the difficulty of the boss itself? That’s the only thing I have against that one. Apart from that, I liked it. It did take me several tries to beat her.
Do you think the fusion of Ultron Sigma (the 1st form, not that giant abomination) should have been the final boss instead? Or some other kind of fusion between big bads of Marvel & Capcom?
JP from Street Fighter 6 is the worst final boss of the series. He's not as compelling as Bison, Gills, and Seth. He's also the weakest of out all of them. I also didn't like Gargos in Killer Instinct 2 and Shinnok in MK4.
NGL, I can agree that Kronika is one of the worst bosses in fighting games. During the story, I rage quitted every time I lose to her. But I eventually defeated her! On easy mode… 😅

Definitely my most hated and definitely the worst final boss fight ever
@@ITS-A-ME-xx8tq Especially if you didn't grind "Good Android 21" like the game expects you to in part 3. Oy vey.....
And I thought bosses such as those from “Shaq Fu” and “Fighters Uncaged” are worse than some of the bosses on this list
I highly doubt any on WatchMojo's staff are actually part of the FGC
I thought Eggman would show up in this video... seriously, his desperate final attack is so expected.
Azazel and Nancy in tekken 6 is unfair
I've never been able to beat Nency (Tekken 6)
Epic video!!! I would add the EldenBeast from Elden ring
Well, in Virtua Fighter 2 you get to fight Dural... underwater!!! :P She was cool at the beginning of the franchise, but her concept does get old.
I once tried doing a MK11 tower and when I arrived in Kronika. I couldn't do anything. She's to OP!
Azazel gave me PTSD when I was little. He's my worst nightmare to beat him.
Darkon in smash ultimate. In his first cutscene, he showed up and just taunted all of the fighters, in his second he died. In his third he came back for some reason to work together with galeem to kill everyone.
And you guessed it, he died.
(Jk it’s kronika)
Every King of Fighters boss, they're all cheap as heck!
Oh no, you not about to throw shade at Algol. He's got one of the coldest finishes in all of Fighting Games.
Galactus - Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3
Kronika - Mortal Kombat 11
Jinpachi Mishima - Tekken 5
She was in Mortal Kombat 11
Parace L’Sia from Arcana Heart 3
The guy doing this list talk like a dough bag. He is worster Than the characters on list.
I loved facebreaker completely forgot it existed. I could never beat Romeo for some reason
No Nagoriyuki from Strive, the secret version of that fight is total bs
I think i-No in XX was way worse
Raidou was basically Bryan Fury and Heihachi Mishima fused together, with Heihachi's voice and some of his move,if not almost all of his movesets. A total ripoff! Why didn't they just call it "Mecha-Mishima"?
2:37
Kratos? It's that you? The voice is looks similar.
Seth in street fighter 4 and super street fighter 4.
Disagree with Dural being here, especially since you guys put her on a list of Greatest game bosses before, but some points were valid.
Master Core forms of Super Smash Bros 4 should be in a Dishonorable Mentions there. Easily the worst boss of Smash Bros series coming from the absolute worst Classic Mode ever. I'm glad that Ultimate overshadowed Smash 4 in terms of almost everything.
Finally for once he didn’t mention 06 thank goodness
Jin in scenario campaign, he already juggles tf outta you, but then he has high element damage and fast for NO REASON...he puts you in a combo dat spams like six or 7 lightning fists.....and raven ain't no help...he gets dropped off in like five seconds EVERY TIME...Like bro stop rushing in...dat was an angry day ngl
I didn't play virtua fighter but to be honest dural is the best character in the series along with akira yuki
Legit thought one of them was named Al Gore 😂
You must have been playing MK11 on easy because Kronika was a menace
look on the bright side, at least Batman Arkham Knight doesn’t have boss battles and it’s even worse than no boss battles
It’s not that Kronika wasn’t cool, Kronika was CHEAP AS HELL
Would argue the deadly alliance from MK1 should be here it’s quite literally just Shang Tsung and a Kameo Quan Chi with nothing extra you’re literally just fighting base roster Shang he just deals a bit more damage extremely underwhelming honestly, the titan battles they do every season are what the fight should have been like
I am bad in every fighting game. But the gameplay of MK11 in this vid was painful to watch 😞
Finally a award to MVC infinite
White in Real Bout Fatal Fury Special: Dominated Mind, one of the worst SNK villains ever.
Even if you deplete his health, he still has one last trick up his sleeve.
I'll miss his seiyuu Keiji Fujiwara.
White still should comeback with a new Japanese voice: Yuki Ono and possible English voice: Neil Newbon.
To make things worse all fighting games have building AI which means the constantly learning at all times
Kronika, she is the worst boss that i've encounted in Mortal Kombat 11, because i can't beat her fast, she is too strong, fast, and skilled.
every single boss in tloz links awakning
Kronika & Nancy are underrated to be honest.
I hate Brainiac in Injustice 2! Those large tentacles are the worst!
I really hated Death in Time Killers.
If Kronika is here, thenk MK1 boss should be here too
Algol sound like he ride a red horse
SNK bosses would like to know your location
Virgin MK11 Kronika vs Gigachad MK9 Shao Kahn
Do you think the fusion of Ultron Sigma (the 1st form, not that giant abomination) should have been the final boss instead? Or some other kind of fusion between big bads of Marvel & Capcom?
JP from Street Fighter 6 is the worst final boss of the series. He's not as compelling as Bison, Gills, and Seth. He's also the weakest of out all of them. I also didn't like Gargos in Killer Instinct 2 and Shinnok in MK4.
I’ll take Ultron Omega over The Abyss in MVC2 any day of the week. That fight was and will always be terrible. Not the worst but still terrible.
NGL, I can agree that Kronika is one of the worst bosses in fighting games. During the story, I rage quitted every time I lose to her. But I eventually defeated her! On easy mode… 😅
Shang Tsung in MK1... its just too easy to beat him
Parace L'Sia should have been on this list.
You want the worst bosses ever? Try War Gods.
