Jacob Sherrington I really don't think they were close before the show, they just hangout a lot now because they work together, but as of now I'm sure if their jobs were to go separate directions they would definitely still be best friends. This show brought them closer together than any show has ever.

show goes more and more disturbing. I mean why does it need to be so gory?
Animals kill for food, but in this show people kill mostly for pleasure and to make a point. I dont see that the struggle to survive to the elements or to zombies needed to convey a apocalyptic world. It feels like they have done all the world building in season 1 and maybe 2, now they are going all out with nonsense.
People are giant wanks in this show, no doubt. And its the main reason by far that kills whats remaining of the humanity. You need suspension of disbelief to enjoy this show. I mean zombies arent the most realistic thing out there, but they could have really created a realistic survival story. And they dont even do that in a zombie show. Naaa, when the main material becomes cheap gory actions and drama in a show, you know they are running out of good ideas.
lik everytiem sorry, I was a bit harsh, but it seems as though the gore really bothers you, so a simple solution is to not watch the show, and to not talk shit about it when there are painfully loyal fans in proximity.
I know this comment is 6 years old but I have to say this because that is a dumb outlook on the violence in the show. Ricks group killed Negans group for food and medicine from Hilltop because they were starving and had no meds. Now Negan kills members of Ricks group to show him that he is alpha and won't tolerate them killing their group, and also so they can take half of their food and supplies. It's all about food and survival, whether you want to pretend it is or isn't.
