I followed your video and cleaned up the flap. It solved the glow plug warning light issue, but now I get an exhaust warning light. I haven't been back under to check the gaskets and clamps yet, though. Plus the wires to the connection were broken and frayed. But I fixed that. Any suggestions?
Did your car go into limp mode when those codes triggered for exhaust flapper? I know that sounds like a stupid question but and answer definitely will help me out for future things on my jetta.
@@hayzeproductions7093 Hey buddy I'm in the same situation what exactly did you delete to make your car run flawlessly I have a 2.0 TDI 2014 jetta. I want to delete anything that is not required to make the car run Smooth. Please let me know.
Goddamn modern vehicles. I miss my mk4 with the ALH.
Mix alkaline degreaser to 3 parts water and let the part soak over night, removes carbon buildups very effectively.
Code just popped up for me. Appreciate the video. Hopefully mine is as simple. Lol broke 22 year old. Gotta save money where I can.
Well done! Thank you sir!

How much vinegar did you use? And how long did you have to work at it to get it free? Did you use anything else?
Small amount like a capfull on each side an on blaster to lube it after I got it freed up.
