He kept trying to convince me all throughout the divorce proceedings to remain friends with him. But, I didn't know about narcissism back then. Now, I can see clearly what he was trying to do to me. He was hoping that I would let him complete his assignment, and off my light switch. WRONG! I'm alive, and well. It's been almost 6 years now. I am STRICT NO CONTACT. He will never see my face or hear my voice ever again....

The Narc won’t forget all the experiences and things you did with and for them, but some of them are just too prideful to ever admit it. I traveled extensively before I met the exNarc and then we did it together, because that was important to me and had always been a part of my life. He won’t be able to see a zip line, parasailing, balloon ride, mud bath, dancing, singing, Royal Caribbean or Princess cruise commercial without thinking of me. Yes, we are talking Rome; Pisa; Florence; the Amalfi Coast; Monaco; Nice; Santorini and Athens (Greece); Kusadasi (Turkey); the Caribbean (various islands including Bermuda and lots of times); Alaska; Mexico; etc. Oh, let’s not forget those concerts, banana pudding, sweet potato pies, cakes, meals, my sense of humor and those hands on massages either. Nahh, they won’t forget, which explains why they are angry when you refuse to continue in the relationship or go to couples therapy with their crazy behinds. I entertained and donated nineteen years, and not all of them were bad. The new supply has to be very creative and come up with something new or he’ll be bored very quickly. 💞

In retrospect, I now know he was jealous because he could Nevvvvvvver do all those amazing, kind, thoughtful and generous things for me!!! Now, not only do I do those things for myself and my loved ones, my new partner does all those things for me too without batting an eyelid. He loves me as much as I love myself! Wow! We did domestic travel this past year, but we had planned on Europe and Africa this year. He has never been to either. Since he ghosted me 3 months ago, I still plan to go. He and his new supply or back burner can travel to the local pizzeria and the city zoo.

If we're being real, they don't give a damn about none of that as long as they are getting good supply. Maybe if they aren't good looking and are having trouble getting victims but as long as they are coming up on supply, they could care less about you or what you brought to the table or how much love and light you brought. We both won’t forget the way we treated one another. This is the reason he is obsessed with hoovering me and since I discarded him, I HAVE NEVER HAVE LOOKED HIM UP NOT ONCE! After 37 years, he knows there isn’t a chance in hell(where he resides) that I will ever speak or see him again.

Mine said the same...he drained me of what I had..then had the nerve to say I never gave him anything... I gave you 5 years on my life. Buddy of which most of that time was apart from my son because he refused to make him feel welcome. I should have left right then but I didn't... Now he's on to the next paint. That is so true about the holidays. He trys to invite us over for the holidays and showing you off to their friend's and family. They will never get another you and they know that. Their life has downgraded immensely.
A lot of your videos say that "they always come back" or "they always want you back", but I haven't heard from my ex, who I BELIEVE has narcissistic tendencies in 6 months - almost going on 7 months. I also think she has dismissive avoidant tendencies as well. I did make some "mistakes" during our 7 and a half year relationship, but the way she ended it hurt me MORE THAN ANYTHING - When I admitted the last "mistake" that I made, I was INSTANTLY BLOCKED AND GHOSTED. I only saw her one time in person to try to reconcile but the two things she said that REALLY destroyed me inside was, "I'm a single woman now", and "I wanted to marry you". Those last two statements were basically said after I gave her the Christmas presents I was going to give her on Christmas. The one present I got her was, NO JOKE, a 400 DOLLAR FULL SIZE KITCHENAID STAND MIXER - and rather than saying something like, "OH, MY GOD, I LOVE IT!!!", SHE HAD THE BALLS to say, "I'm so proud of you for going to the store and picking that out all by yourself." - ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME??? I don't even think she actually said "Thank you".

Well he can eat a bowl of hotdogs. My love is not for siphoning. I was bleeding my pure energy. I shut this mofo out. Blocked. Done. Took about 7 times. Now he’s gonna know. He’s gonna know. And this time - I’ve been delivered from the addiction. I was hooked on this person’s “love” for me. How stupid was I? How dumb of me? I did his hair, washed his clothes, put myself last for him…not even his mother talks to him. I’m good now. I’ve had my fill. The intimacy was prolly the main reason I hung around without knowing it. He even appears unattractive to me. He is despicable to me. Karma will teach him what he’s done. And he will feel the same pain he inflicted on me x1000. I wish him the best. I don’t even think about him in a loving sense anymore.

I will never forgive the Narcissist for the way they had treated me and I had lost many years of my life being in a relationship with them. I had lost pieces of my soul including my heart and it was a damage to my brain and a disregulation to my nervous system and my body was affected! Besides, The Narcissist came into my life and sabotaged and damaged my life and I was nudged to attempt to commit suicide and I almost had brain damage ! It had took me years, weeks and months to recover from the destruction that had been caused. I am not choosing to remain in my anger but the Narcissist expects me to forgive them because they don't want to be seen as the cold hearted, immoral, corrupt wicked person they are and they did horrific things to me that forgiving them would be a disservice to me! I will never forgive and I don't give a f*** what anyone else says because they haven't been through what I have been through so they haven't got a clue. If the Narcissist had a good heart they wouldn't have mistreated me in the first place and they don't have a change of heart so they are likely to repeat the same mistakes again and again! If forgiveness was for us then we would have a choice to forgive or not. People say " Forgiveness is not for them is for you a lot of times it is for them because they are asking to be forgiven and to forgive is to give love and that is something I am not willing to do but what I can say is Good people deserve forgiveness! I owe forgiveness to myself and regret not advocating, defending or standing up for myself and not removing myself from a toxic situation when I had the chance because I know I love myself! If I could turn back the hands of time I would but I know I have moved on and I see it for what it is and I accept the reality of the situation. The Narcissist isn't worthy of my forgiveness, light, love or respect! There are so many acts in this world that are UNFORGIVABLE and abuse is one of them. No one deserves to be treated with cruelty, harm or violence. Also, I can't say we black people need to forgive slavery which we had endured for centuries which is the reason why we feel inferior to one another till the present day ! I can't say the Jews need to forgive the holocaust they had suffered in the 1940s or tell the Palenstians to forgive the Israeliens for the civil war they are going through! Can child marriage, murder, rape or terrorism be forgiven? Of course not! If your ego can't handle the truth then that's not my problem but I am not here to argue my point with anyone so they can convince me to believe what they want me to believe but I had been honest and told the truth! Nothing is forgivable.
At the end was a really good way to put it. “That memory as good as it works, it works against them too” … really helped my perspective
Thanks again Sis, I promise you keep me inspired. I still am bothered that I'll never get an apology. I'm still trying to find myself but, I for sure have MY POWER. I'm seeking wholeness to boldness!!! I'll never let this happen to me again.

I finally got an apology after almost 15 years. As nice as it was it was not worth it and I wasted more time and energy than it was worth spending time slowly digging it out of him. I should have just apologized to myself and moved on. His apology never changed the past and it didn't changed the crappy way he had continued to treat me. Trust me, it is not worth it.
I've been here before. So, let me share what I've realized. Them withholding the apology, is them intentionally holding you hostage. The more you want it, the more they won't give it to you. So is it really a genuine apology if you have to beg for it? Even if they do finally give it, heir so-called apology holds no weight. It's often words thrown in your direction just to pull you back into their toxic, demonic, soul crushing cycle. Free yourself!!! Give YOURSELF that Apology. Forgive yourself for putting up with that demon in the first place. And then show yourself you mean it through your actions. Never again allow a toxic entity to hold you or your life hostage!!! Truly I don’t have time for the Birds I remember not to long ago I was there dealing with my at the time narcissistic boyfriend i remember taking him to expensive restaurant while the restaurants he would take me too wasn’t even a 3 star restaurant I remember taking the bird places he’s never been so your right these Birds not even on our level i don’t even see how I lower my standard like that any how I’m so glad it’s been over and I’m still healing so I’m in a good place thank God I’ve been went no contact and my advice to anyone is when you go no contact that’s when you start your healing once you have left these narcissistic folks never ever go back no matter how much they beg cry or Hoover do not pick that phone up block that’s where they should be dancing at the block party Lol!!! I treated her like a queen and she discovered me one night and left me to go to another play two strikes and one evening and the next morning she called the cops to get her clothes strike 3 now if I go to some place she will show up out of announcement and if I'm with someone she will interfere I just want my life back I want to be happy is no more a month and no improvement but with God help everything would be all right

The narc I was talking to used poetry as a vice. He didn’t like to talk. I also write. He was all in during the love bomb stage. He half heartedly started to discard me and still wanted to keep me… I discarded him. It’s sad. He could be a great catch for someone if only he would get some help.
