Hello I'm new and I just subscribed... I'm currently waiting for my acceptance letter.... Undergraduate program(4 years)... My school a year (including living cost and all) is 32000CAD. How much do you think my sponsor need in his bank account ? Is it still the same visa process with the graduate program? ❤
I'm planning to study PH for my master's what schools would you recommend and is it possible to get help for my Letter of intent from you😁..i just started watching your videos and they are really informative
This video was so relatable. I find myself asking people “do you wanna” lol when in fact I’m telling them to😂😂.And yes, thanking the bus driver is definitely an unspoken rule😂😂. And ohh you forgot to mention how Canadians love opening doors for others. In my first weeks , I thought the guys were hitting on me for opening the door for me😂😂 but las las I learnt
I'd do just about anything for a fragrance free zone. I returned to Nigeria in 2010 & the last 10 years have been a struggle. People bathe in their perfumes & the heat amplifies the scents something as simple as some brands of detergent trigger allergies. Most days are a struggle, I deal with blinding migraines. I've learned to avoid people & crowds to protect my health & sanity...
Another reason why most work/public places are scent free is because a lot of people have allergies, asthma or some respiratory issues. As per bottles, here in Calgary they actually charge a deposit for bottled water, juices, milk and the like. So you are actually supposed to take them to the bottle depot and you get your money back. As per the plastic bags I actually go with shopping bags now, cant continue to pay for bags that need up in the trash. Safe injection site and needle exchange programs were also something I learnt about while preparing for my professional exam.. Nice video. 👍
I just saw a video of yours and BOOM ! I loved it and subscribed immediately. I can’t believe that I smile and laugh sometimes as I watch you talk. The experiences are so real, and someone can relate to all of them even as you try to talk about some of the experiences so mildly. As for the politeness in Canada, I tell new comer friends not to get carried away by it because they can pamper you with politeness until you fall. 😀😀 Canada for you to discover and some of us are still discovering. You are so real girl and I’m loving you so much already for this. Keep it up. 👍
Fragrance free zones are partly for the environment but mostly because there are people with severe artificial fragrance allergies that could send them to the hospital.
Thanks for the info. Your hair and makeup is so beautiful. Just to add, kindly increase the volume of your audio. I've watched two of your videos and I kinda struggled to hear u.❤
Great video.. quick input, bringing stuff from Nigeria might be cheaper but the tax you'll pay for it may be more than what you'll be paying for locally, assuming immigration control don't throw the food away.. If you have the time to visit Seattle, you can buy some of the stuff you need from some of the African stores and the prices are good. but you may need to check a few of them out to see which one meets your needs and priced decently. Also like to add, don't let your experience with the lady at the counter paint a picture on Americans in your heart - I've lived here for 16 years and I can tell you, people are just different and I have not allowed my interaction with an individual paint a profile pictures of others.. Congratulations on completing your graduate school and welcome to "Obodo land". You'll do great!
Same thing in uk. 🇬🇧 You have to pay for the bags when I first came here from the caribbean 🇹🇹🇹🇹I was shock as well...... Love your content. New subie here❤️
Yes they give out those Needles to addict to prevent them for sharing she needles and passing disease like Hep C around. Also the site dose not only give out needles but also receive them. The client have to return the use needles to the site before getting a new one. This prevents them from disposing them unsafe.
I heard Vancouver is super expensive. Can you do a video on that. The caual dress culture is way worse in America..I've had coworkers wear pajamas pants and slippes to work.
I can relate with the politeness and I became used to it. One day I was on the phone with a friend who lives in Paris and while entering the bus, he heard me greet the driver and the driver responded. He was so shocked 😳 and asked me why I greeted the driver, I was like dude it’s a norm here😂
Awesome Awesome . You need more subscribers, especially final year undergrad students here in Nigeria, they really need to subscribe to your page. so they know whats up Great VIdeo
Saskatchewan is worst when it comes to the cold. I visited Vancouver in April 2018 I honestly cant leave there I felt like the people in Vancouver are kinda rude maybe cos I'm a small city kinda girl. 😂 also I like how calm you speak I'm definitely subscribing. 🙂
What are the things you would recommend for a newcomer to Canada to bring along when they are coming, especially in terms of food items? Things that someone can confidently carry without immigration wahala!
Nigerian Food is expensive..lol. I am in Uppsala Sweden and you buy things based on weight and you can't haggle price oh..lol. i can understand what you are saying. Irish potatoes are so cheap but you know how you want to eat fried yam...lol. You look like Dr. Adeola Olubamiji, she studied at Saskatoon. Your page is interesting. Abroad is not easy to adapt especially if you move as an adult.
@@OnyekaAsamaka am still here in Oman so want to go to Canada 😁😁 so am here to have traveled experience u know they said it help so after finishing here am praying it works 🙏 for to Canada please sis pray for me oo nd I will like to know u more because ur video are interested nd u are so sweet 🤩❤️
Yeah, we don't pay for plastic bags in the US. You end up having them in every corner of your kitchen... Lol. I know they are paid for in the UK, I didn't know they do so in Canada as well.
BJ Wake In Australia, you pay for the damn bags. 15 cents. And you can return them to some grocery stores for recycling. They also ask you if you want receipts. Helps reduce landfill. The tax on beverages in plastic bottles are to discourage you from buying them. Finally, a country like Australia, you need to think twice about every foodstuff you want to bring in. Btw, you can’t bring diary products in Australia. They won’t only dispose it, they’ll cease your whole luggage. If there’s a tiny ant in your box, they won’t take only the offending box, but likely your whole luggage. Please leave your sand in Nigeria. Sand on the shoe in your box can land you in trouble

David Adeoye Hi, thank you. I think it’s the same process. Also, your sponsor needs to have at least close to that amount as their balance.

A lot of people just want to up and go they don't know they need to read about whatever country they are moving to.
Great mistake, but you know the mentality is WE GO DEY ALRIGHT.
I lived in North Vancouver, so I understand the stress of having to travel all the way to Surrey to find anything African. E no easy.
You know it! 💯
Thanks for this video. I'd love to know your hair routine. How do you get it so fineeeeee??

Canadians have certain values that Americans don’t. It’s partly a royal country like Uk so certain behaviors are expected of them.
I am so happy for you
