Fun fact : the drums, bass and (most) guitars on the album version were recorded live during a concert. They're just that good

@@craggerrs The MIL videoclip was also recorded in that concert (Live at Astoria 1994). However, I must say that Thom´s voice sounds much better in the studio version ;).

Live versions are just too noisy to deal with from a sound engineers perspective. You can't control the ambience, it's even worse for recording live orchestral instruments.
This feels like when someone's playing music when you're sleeping, and you can hear it in your dream. That's a beautiful feeling.

I never assumed that but thanks for pointing out such an obvious fact. Anyway in relation to the reasoning behind my comment, I would love to see Alicia do more Radiohead but there are so many better Radiohead songs that she could do rather than that boring No Surprises. And if you think No Surprises is the best Radiohead song for her to do shows you don’t know many Radiohead songs.

Wow Alicia! Seeing someone as young as you playing music that was great but somehow discarded by time is very refreshing. All of this music got me through the hardest years of my life, your covers and selections are great, look into Becks music catalog from the albums Mutations and sea change there are some real gems hidden in those albums!
