Can I suggest something…why don’t you reach out to Different Media, (I think the guy’s name is Forrest) and film a van tour for his channel? I think you’d be awesome and you’d definitely get more views (and subs!) on your channel😊
So glad you popped up on my feed! Just subscribed. Got to support our Aussie vanlifers! I'm part time from Melbourne. I'm the same, don't like isolated areas to sleep. Rather sleep near hotels, even near police stations.
Hi there I live up in Darwin am homeless but I live in and out of my 80series the hardest thing here is the buildup and the wet but now we have great cordless’s technology 2ryobi fans at night on medium go all night I made magnetic screens for my windows to keep the skeetas out life’s sweet.
Cool video. I actually have been on the road for weeks, had to shower on the way to having dinner. I had done a quick walk through video of a free caravan park at Gordonvale so i remembered they had showers! So great, forgot you need at least 2 one dollar coins at Greenpatch Camping grounds. Was a bit of a shame i just belted out a cold shower. Andre
Good tips, I’m only a part time vanner so I tend to stay at parks or Showgrounds and occasionally at free camps if there are other people around, I’m like you I wouldn’t feel safe in isolated areas 🫨
Welcome! Thanks so much for supporting the channel 🙏 I actually don't, only because I stealth camp in towns at night. Mainly because I'm on my own and a lot of the free camps don't have reception. I am picking up Starlink this week though so that may be a game changer for me! ☺
I so much aspire to having your video making skills ma'am. Great message and important about ladies being safe, that is a real issue. But just how you set up your camera and do editing. I'm interested in doing rough story boarding. I just point cameras and start filming and blabbering at this stage. I need to make structured videos with Lobster Mobility YT. I will put together quotes from my doctors and scripts and essentially act them out, at least just reading but reading is acting, you use expression and excitement and other emotions to emphasise words. I got all that covered but it's just setting up the camera. I use rode ME microphones that's another issue microphones! I kind of got that covered. Its lighting too!! I am not a artist but i love photography so maybe i am but in any case i don't know how to set up camera lighting anywhere near enough i just rely on my Samsung s24 ultra looking after me! Also transitions id like to know what editing software you like and how you get from camera to laptop. Do you have a camera? I use a phone as i mentioned but i also have a s9 Samsung tablet, a laptop. I would like to know about those gyro device things that take out bumps and that, i saw you at paranella Park produce footage that looked like it floated was cool. Anyway take care. Andre
Thank so much 🙏 I use Adobe Rush for editing, but I think Adobe Pro might be better, more people seem to use it, I'm just trying to find the time and energy to learn it haha. I have learned that scripting is definatley a big part of it, I started off like you just aiming and filming, sometimes the story comes together for me whilre I'm editing, so I use the voiceover to provide the viewers with more information. The Paronella Park viedo I was using my drone for the smoohter shots, but my next purchase is going to be a DJI Osmo Pocket 3, that camera sits in a gymbal housing so much smoother shots. CUrrenlty I just use my gopro and iphone, I use air drop to get from phone to to mac and a sim card reader from gopro to mac. It has taken me hours of learning to get where I currently am, I learn best by problem solving. You will continue to keep getting better and better the more you create, the turning point for me has been looking at it like a business and working out what can I do to provide my viewers with the most professional and informative video. Not that I have it all figured out though, I'm still only at 750 subs 🤣
@@eucalyptdesigns Adobe pro I'll get. Thank you so much. I'll analyse this message carefully thank you. I use Revo in WA because it's only $10 a week, but on the East Coast there are only a couple of them, so I use Snap Fitness on the East Coast, it is cheaper than Anytime Fitness but not as many locations. Hope this helps! 🙂
Do you see this lifestyle as something that can be sustained or something that would be good for 2-5 years? Do you ever feel like it’s not home ? Just being curious 🤨 🤭🤗🤗🤗🤗
Well this October will be 3 years for me and I can't see myself living in a house anytime soon to be honest. @@jenniferkuperman2589 great question! I have watched some but never put them into practice.
