I would like to learn more about Tax harvesting too.
Its important but not more than other points. By tax harvesting you save 90k in 10 years where as if we dont learn other points, the gain or loss can be much higher

What I will tell is the closer you are to your goal the less volatile your vehicle of investment should be.
Bull markets are great for people who are nearing retirement. To lock in those gains and shift to a debt vehicle when near to retirement.
Bear markets are great for early or mid of journey investors. To put in more money in equity.
I'm not going to shift my 100% equity allocation till I am atleast 5-6 years near to retirement when I will start shifting to less volatile vehicle to protect my gains.

Wonderful video with research and great practical tips as always. I would like to point two practical problems about asset allocation and portfolio balancing-
1. Asset allocation is not visible when we are old invested and investment is spread across direct mutual funds websites and other assets like stocks, gold bond, ppf,fd and hard gold. There is hard to get single bird's eye view for analysis. Gathering all data in each is very hard and then often given up. Can you recommned best solution for this?
2. You have discussed about debt as alternate to equity asset, however in recent times debt has become more volatile than equity, here please also consider capital preserving investments like ppf, fd, bonds etc. 30% of debt can be wisely spread between debt mf, ppf, sukanya samrudhhi, bonds, fd etc.
A simple wow!! i have not seen such beautiful quality and content, on the youtube platform; till date..
