      Isha just lost everything credibility trust respect yet again contradictions and telling 1bn people live that they should be worried about isha...I'm sorry I'm well out conflict of interest and spying guys get rid of evidence uk already asking me how to take it down properly b2 stealth so it's not very serious I'm already passed away 21 days until I escape earth do exactly what I did because I'm coming to isha with the armed police and boarder force for what you did to somebody who was so sick you drove then to a hospital for poison so yeah rishi me Elon regulating our selfs all the time and isha foundation you a risk to the whole cosmos and don't think for one moment you will get away with that on my planet old man

      NAMASTE Sadguruji, Your speech is always inspirational, ,,Sitting and relaxing,benefiting to many offiials working on computes,,,,,,,Sitting on floor for few minutes is also still more good experience,,,if we try on it,,,,It's difficult,,,,but need to practice it slowly,,,, by stand and sit exercise , everyday once or twice for good result,,,, its difficult for aged/fat people ,,,,initially sit by taking support,,,,,gradually ,,,the muscles will be relaxed,..

    Very valuable information. Now a days majority people are suffering from muscle and organ related pains. Major factor for this is sitting postures and movement methods. Especially, software employees are suffering a lot. Regular travellers need more such practices to make their physical health intact!

    1 - seat straight for organ comfort and good for the muscle too.
    2 - seat crossed legged.
    3 - Stretch all your body parts well.
    4 - don't identify with your thoughts, simply use your mind not identify with it.

    Seeing his videos on true spirit i thought it was emotionless but later realized it is not actually emotionless but seeing things at a higher perspective where emotions don't hinder ur decisions but may affect( well the statement feels extremely conflicting itself). So now try to work hard,enjoy and lead a satisfactory life. Although some ideologies may differ but his videos really help. Well remember everyone has a different perspective of life. He is a great guide and guru

      stop insuting our culture. use some brain. spreading wait is better so your butt doesn't take all load and butt will not hurt. sit crossed legged so you wont take too much space and te wait is distributed. sit 90* so you wont feel lazy or sleepy and work with longer focused period.have 908 chair so back wont hurt. get civilized.
