Unfortunately society functions off of earning a living or else we become homeless or live in poverty. Food,clothes,housing etc all require you to earn a living. Not every location allows you to grow your own food. Especially if you can only afford an apartment. Clothes can be free but limited to selection so if you have a family that requires certain sizes then the free clothing is of no help. Housing isn't free. Living in a shelter in order to avoid being homeless isn't the ideal living. His teachings are wise but we live in different times with multiple different circumstances..
Just like most people don't want to understand trail braking in Biking to enjoy biking to the fullest, people don't want to understand life and its intricacy. That's why life isn't fruitful and happy for them. People need to understand that happiness isn't counted in monetary terms. The hearts of the people is showcased in the current society, the potholes, the corruption etc etc...
I want to know if earning a living is not a problem then why there are so many poor people who don't even have proper meal...why do people die of hunger, lack of shelter and such necessities?
I don't agree. For us ordinary people making living is important. We have to think about our present, housing, clothing, food. This cannot be compared to an ant. It hardly as a life span. We have to think and do savings for our kids. Thanks
