The best way is making sure your wet saw has the capability of laying the tile flat. The best saw, I found, for a 48 inch is a bridge saw. Sorry the angle was not great.
If you don't have a bridge saw us a grinder or cutoff tool and place some Rigid Foam Insulation Board underneath the entire tile. Adjust the depth of the blade, so it cuts through the tile but NOT all the way through the foam insulation board.
That tile you were cutting had ribbed lines? Or was that just printed on the tile? I have to cut 48inch ceramic tile that is ribbed and want to make sure I don’t mess up 😅
Thanks buddy. The video is helpful for me. I've got some 24x48 tile to cut. Just a couple of pieces for a fireplace hearth, but your video helped me.
Your welcome. Have fun!!🤩

Painters tape helps
Good sound effects!
Thanks!
Do you have a better view or can you explain how you fully supported the tile on the wet saw?

Yes that tile I was cutting was ribbed. Take your time and you will be fine. 🤓
Buy a diamond tile hole cutter that has a centre channel for a 'guide' bit.
