Normally I dont feel painful for anybody. But this time it just makes me sad, and I can completely feel your pain brother. Wish you nothing but the best man
Congrats on your results! I know that it might not have been what you wanted but trust me, as long as you put in the effort and discipline it will work out. I ultimately decided against going to college so I can pursue a job- but I look forward to what you accomplish in college!!
Hey Jeremy Le !! Thank you so much for your inspirational words. As of now, I myself don't know whether I'll be attending College or following a path similar to yours. But I know everything will turn out the way it's supposed to. Thanks again 😀
man it would too brutal to watch if you didn’t edit this vid in this great sense of humor. 2021 application in U.S. feels like hell. Congrats on Uoft!!!
I wish I was as wise as you to apply to Canadian Universities .. I was so obsessed with the us and mostly got rejections even though I had good grades. Most told me it was because of financial aid. So my advise is if you're apply have at least one safety school in Canada and a community college or a university where youre program is new.. you'll have a better chance at receiving at least one happy letter 👏
Exactly !! Thanks for your Great Advice 😀 Actually, I applied to universities that could give me 100% scholarship and they just happened to be in the U.S. except U of T 🤷♂️
Alsalam alaikum Zohair and really thank you for you vedios.. I applied at UOT and still waiting for the decision, you know in April 2023. I need you advise if I am allowed to apply in UOT in deferent scholarship at the same time?
Financial aid just makes it tougher for international students. You got aid from University of Toronto.? I don't have any idea about Canad, do they give aid?
Yea !! that's correct. I did apply for aid to Canada but my Canadian decisions were not "aid-dependent" as financial aid applications are separate from admission applications (as far as I know).
@@ZohairAnsari But Still I don't have the courage to open my Harvard decision. It is hard to know when you lived in your dream for your entire life is going to be smashed with a click😅. @@ZohairAnsari Brother my questions are.... How to choose college? How find 100%scholarship? How to evaluate my EC's? How much grades are important? How much really it cost to survive in USA? How secure seat in USA collage? If I drop IIT preparation then it's good or not for USA colleg What is my chance to get in top University? How many college I have to fill in Early or Regular? Please brother...🙏🙏🙏
Thank you for your questions. Let me answer them one by one (from my experience): 1. How to choose college? It depends on where you'd like to study, which program you'd like to pursue, your academic performance, your financial condition etc. For example, financial condition was the deciding factor for me and so I only applied to schools with 100% scholarships as my family was comfortable sending me anywhere if the finances were taken care of. 2. How find 100%scholarship? There are a lot of helpful resources like scholarshipscorner.website/undergraduate-scholarships/ where you can browse a lot of fully funded scholarships. Soon, I'll be uploading a lot of videos on 100% scholarships abroad 3. How to evaluate my EC's? Your extracurriculars are very important for top American schools but not Top Canadian schools. There a lot of ways to evaluate them, but the best framework is that your extracurricular should come out of your interest and passion, it should not be forced. Generally, it should related to the area of study and lastly it should have made an impact on you and/or your surrounding communities. Tip: The best extracurriculars are the ones that you have engaged over a long period of time. 4. How much grades are important? 80% and above is good enough for admission but aim for 90% or more to make yourself a competitive candidate for the scholarship programs. 5. How much really it cost to survive in USA? U.S.A and U.K education is REALLY expensive compared to Canada. It depends on which university you want to go to and their fee structure. I suggest you check the university and their fee structure by going to their website. You will find all the details like the tuition fee, health insurance, living expenses, etc. 6. How secure seat in USA collage? Again, it depends on which college you are applying to and whether or not you are asking for financial aid. If you are applying to the very top universities and asking for a 100% scholarship, you have very little chance of getting an admission, but if you are applying to not-so-competitive universities, you will easily get in keeping in my the scores and extracurricular guidelines I mentioned. 7. If I drop IIT preparation then it's good or not for USA college? If you can do the preparation of IIT alongside your U.S College application process, it's good to do both, but if you can't you can apply to U.S colleges in your gap year. 8. What is my chance to get in top University? Top universities in the U.S are very very competitive for international students. They have admission rate of 2% for international students and even less if you are applying to universities and asking them for a 100% scholarship. 9. How many college I have to fill in Early or Regular? Every top university charges an application fee of INR 8,000-10,000, so keep in mind your budget. Generally, it is good to apply to 6-7 schools which should include your Dream (where you have less chances of admission, but you believe you can get in), Realistic (you can easily get in with your academic performance and profile) and Backup Colleges (if the Dream and Realistic colleges reject you, these schools will definitely admit me). Sorry for the long explanation 😅 Don't worry if any of your doubts are unanswered, I'll be making a lot of videos on this channel to address all of these doubts, so stay tuned for that. 😄
